Homomonument Tours and Tickets
Located on the bank of the Keizersgracht Canal in central Amsterdam, the Homomonument is a memorial to the gay men and women who lost their lives at the hands of the Nazis in World War II. Unveiled in 1987, this monument was the first of its kind and takes the form of three connected pink triangles, the symbol used to identify homosexuals in concentration camps.
