Great tour, even better tour guide
We were picked up at Victoria Coach Station, all clearly instructed in the confirmation email. Our guide was superb, great sense of humor, lots of pop culture references during the tour. Great day in London!
We loved the whole experience but especially the London Eye. The person who narrated the river cruise did a wonderful job, much better than hearing a recorded commentary!

People Also Ask
Q:Can you go on the London Eye without booking?
A:While you can buy same-day tickets for the London Eye, it’s best to book in advance. Not only will you get a minimum 10% discount if you book more than 24 hours in advance, but you’ll avoid long wait times and guarantee your place—popular time slots often sell out.
Q:What is the best time to go on the London Eye?
A:For the best views from the London Eye, ride the wheel at sunset or after dark—note you can only do this from June through August. To avoid the crowds and get the lowest rates, visit on a weekday outside of school holidays, and be sure to choose the first or last time slot.
Q:How long is the London Eye ride?
A:A ride on the London Eye lasts 30 minutes, which is how long it takes to complete one full rotation. Note that the time on your ticket is the time that you’ll enter the queue for your ride, so you’ll likely be at the wheel for up to 75 minutes.
Q:Is riding the London Eye worth it?
A:Yes, as one of London’s most iconic attractions, the London Eye is worth it—the wheel offers unrivaled views of top London landmarks such as Buckingham Palace, the Houses of Parliament, St Paul’s Cathedral, and even as far as Windsor Castle on a clear day with good weather.
Q:Do you have to queue for the London Eye?
A:Even though London Eye admission tickets are issued for a specific time slot, this is the time you’ll enter the queue rather than start your ride on the wheel. Expect lines to take about 45 minutes with a standard admission ticket or about 20 minutes with a fast-track pass.
Q:Can you take food and drink on the London Eye?
A:No, you can’t take your own food and drink on the London Eye. However, you can take on bottled water, and exceptions will be made if you need food or drink for certain medical conditions or infants—just be sure to inform the security team in advance. Hot food and alcohol are never permitted.
