"Karthik (from Experience Kart) was a great driver and did a wonderful job of organizing the tours. He even handled a hiccup in scheduling caused by The Legendary Black Water Rafting Co with grace and ease. Plus the bus is a lovely new vehicle and Karthik included a lovely selection of snacks & water. The Black Abyss adventure itself was pretty phenomenal. From zip lining to climbing up a waterfall this is an experience I'd definitely do again. The guides were wonderful too. They gave the perfect amount of safety information, help, and room to explore. It was a blast!"

"Worth every dollar! What a perfect trip this was. We were picked up on time in a very comfortable SUV which had comfortable pillows and light Wei blankets for comfort. The guide Kristi was wonderful. She is part native Māori and spent travel time telling us about her culture. When we arrives for tour she organized our lunch so it would be ready after the tour and kept it and purchase at store safe while we took tour. Hobbit town was so cute and was perfect for photos. Cookie the tour guide told us the behind the scenes stories about how the movies were filmed. When we came down to the green dragon Kristi meet us and took photos of everyone in our group at multiple locations and then into the green dragon for drinks and more photo opportunities. Then into the car for trip to the glow worm cave. Our meal was ready and beverages cold. There were also snacks and drinks available included. The glow worms were so awesome. My mouth hung open with how many there were. So bight and beautiful. No photos are to be taken which was disappointing but there was a really nice gift shop to get books or postcards and gifts. Kristi kept us on time and back to cruise terminal on time with time to get into gift store by cruise ship. Every step of the way we were well taken care of, offered toilet breaks, snacks and comfort. Great team and wonderful staff. Can’t thank them enough for the best day we had in New Zealand!"

The three Vineyards were very different, so it made it more interesting. The pottery factory was a nice change. The meal was great, so was the coffee stop."

"Wow! This excursion was just so wonderful! Gesa was very knowledgeable and gracious. The shore, cliffs, and beach were beautiful. A cup of hot tea while overlooking Maukatia Bay was so lovely. The Muriwai Gannet Colony was an easy walk and we were able to observe them so closely. The hike in the rainforest on the Quarry Track was so lush, green, and peaceful. Gesa was very flexible and kind to my 88-year-old mother. It allowed me to explore a bit while she kept mom company and Mom adored her. I wholeheartedly recommend this excursion. If you are visiting New Zealand, this is everything you pictured it would be. The individual tour is so worth the price. You will not be disappointed."
