Electric experience (no pun intended :-)
This was the best way to see the town.
What a trip. We traveled over 20 miles. On the beaches and through the town. Kai, our tour guide, was amazing. His knowledge about everything Santa Barbara was invaluable. This was the best way to see the town. I have a bad knee and the e-bike was perfect for me, it took over when I couldn’t pedal. Thanks Kai for an amazing tour. You ROCK !

Excellent Experience!
We really enjoyed learning about each wine makers philosophy and found the opportunity to visit small, private producers to be a very special and intimate experience.
Our wine tour with Steven from Sustainable Wine Tours was excellent. He was so knowledgeable about wine, the climate and each of the producers we met. The destinations selected for our group were each unique and provided a fun experience and excellent tastes. We really enjoyed learning about each wine makers philosophy and found the opportunity to visit small, private producers to be a very special and intimate experience. This was the highlight of our trip to Santa Barbara and we would highly recommend Sustainable to other travelers.

Outstanding Tour!
He also provided information about other sites to visit.
We took Sullivan Israel’s private walking tour of El Pueblo Viejo in Santa Barbara and were blown away! Sullivan loves Santa Barbara and really knows its history. He answered all of our questions and more. He even brought old maps and pictures to highlight his presentation.
Sullivan was very generous with his time. He also provided information about other sites to visit. This tour was so awesome due to Sullivan’s knowledge, enthusiasm, and love for his community. Sullivan is an excellent guide: friendly, informative, and engaging. If you are a history and/or architecture fan, we highly recommend this tour. It was outstanding!
Thank you, Sullivan!

Great Times!
Only downfall was one of the owners of the wine stops was upset we were wearing matching t-shirts (since this was a bachlerotte) - this killed the vibe.
Ian, the owner, was our personal driver and we had a blast! We had a girls trip to Santa Barbara for my bestie's bachlerotte. The 6 hr trip went by really fast...Each of us enjoyed the lunches too, I got the chicken pesto and it was delicious! Make sure you go to the one that has cupcakes, that was our last stop. Wine and cupcakes was the perfect way to end it! Only downfall was one of the owners of the wine stops was upset we were wearing matching t-shirts (since this was a bachlerotte) - this killed the vibe. But overall it was a great experience - great times, great memories!!!

All about Santa Barbara
When to visit
If basking on the beach ranks high on your itinerary, Santa Barbara summers are postcard perfect. It’s also the city’s most lively time, with buzzing open-air cafés and a decadent lineup of music, food, and wine festivals. If you don’t mind wearing layers, visit in the spring for a quieter—and cheaper—way to experience the "American Riviera."
