Olympic National Park

Open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
600 East Park Ave., Port Angeles, Washington, 98362

The Basics

Olympic National Park sprawls over 1,400 square miles (3,626 square kilometers) of green-soaked Washington wilderness. Hike through the park’s extensive network of trails, backpack along the coastline, or kayak through its many rivers. Adrenaline junkies can head to the Olympic Mountains for mountaineering or venture out on a mountain biking excursion from nearby Port Angeles. For a deeper understanding of the area, stroll through the park with a naturalist guide on a small-group Olympic National Park tour from Seattle. Or leave long lines and traffic behind on an Olympic Mountains Seaplane Tour from Lake Washington, on which you can cruise over Mt. Olympus, Hurricane Ridge, the Hoh Rain Forest, and the Pacific Ocean.

Amazing experience; the views are even more gorgeous in person. Brent was a great guide, and the day was packed with the right level of hikes and opportunities to enjoy the scenery.

Stephanie was a great guide! She picked us up right on time outside our hotel. The trip was worth the money, we saw many parts of Olympic National Park without having to worry about planning anything. The food was great and the van was comfortable. Highly recommend!

Best of Olympic National Park from Seattle: All-Inclusive Small-Group Day Tour
Marty was an excellent guide for our small group of travelers. The travel van was clean and spacious. There was only 3 of us for the whole day and he kept it personal by remember our jobs/names and asking us about our lives. Very caring/friendly! He took us through several trails and educated us on different species of plants/trees/animals that had interesting stories. The lunch provided was grilled chicken, chicken noodle soup, and a quinoa dish. Perfect lunch for a cold day!

Sol Duc, Lake Crescent, and Hurricane Ridge Guided Tour in Olympic National Park
Tracy was not only super educated on all nature we encountered, but she had such an amazing passion and vibe it made the exploration even better than we could imagine. We had mentioned that we really wanted to see the waterfalls in Olympic, and she took us to 3 huge one and several small ones along the way. I would highly recommend, there was a lot of hiking but also good rest time during the drives and stoppes at the lake.

Best of Olympic National Park from Seattle: All-Inclusive Small-Group Day Tour
This was really the highlight of our trip. Our guide was Evan and he was so knowledgeable about the area and all the various plants (which I loved). He even knew the names of all the little sea creatures we found when we were tide pooling. He made sure everyone was comfortable, took frequent breaks, and had plenty of drinks and snacks on hand. He served us a wonderful picnic lunch and took care of everything for us. He was a fantastic guide. I would definitely do this again!

BEST Olympic National Park Day Tour from Seattle
The temperate rainforest walk was easy and kinda challenging at the end towards the stairs, but I really enjoyed it after sitting in the van for many hours. It was so beautiful with the green moss and trees everywhere. Lake Crescent was beautiful, too! The hour we had in the little town was nice but felt so short! It was easy to get lost browsing the little shops! We only had a day to explore Olympic National Park but the tour was very nice to get a taste!

BEST Olympic National Park Day Tour from Seattle
Went to Olympic Park, the road to Hurricane Ridge was closed but we still drove as far as we could for some views, Marymere falls hike was unforgettable and hanging out in Poulsbo was so much fun! Our tour guide Kenny was very nice, informative and helped everyone take photos of the trip. Would definitely go again if I have the chance!

Very nice and comfortable ride with a good and safe driver. We’re sad we didn’t go to the Hurricane Ridge. Olympic National Park was beautiful. I would recommend including Forks City in the tour.

We had an amazing day at Olympic National Park with Daniel. He was a great host and tour guide with so much knowledge of the area. He took us on a couple hikes and we had a delicious picnic lunch overlooking the stunning Crescent Lake. I highly recommend Daniel and Yonder Sky to anyone who would enjoy a relaxing way to explore the National Parke

The elusive corner of the lower 48 states has been a desire for me to visit and this tour did not disappoint. The kindness and care shown by the two guides was noteworthy and their knowledge of the region was very good.
