Everything was memorable especially the cycling as I never cycle. Peter our guide was amazing and patient and so fit for a man of his years, not to mention an encyclopedia of Dutch knowledge. Felt in safe hands with him leading the pack!!

The young guide was lackluster in his guiding. Not dynamic in his storytelling and bored by the content. Could have presented the city in a more appealing way. The tour was distracted by dodging traffic and could not take in seeing the sights. Overall we were not impressed by the tour on many levels. Would not recommend

Tour was good but i would not recommend David our tour guide- he was not very concerned about our group in very busy street crossings - he would keep going even if some people got stuck at a light it had a hard time biking across very busy streets. He also spoke very low & we couldn’t hear him very well - we were a large group. I did enjoy biking through some of the quieter neighborhoods off the tourist track.

Experiencing the highlights of Amsterdam. You have to be confortable on a bicycle since there are other cyclists, cars and pedestrians around you while you are cycling so you must very cautious.

Biking easily in Amsterdam

I was nervous at first biking in Amsterdam with so many bikers, but our guide made it easy. She slowly took us around the city stopping at significant site. She was very knowledgeable.

Bas is the best

Bas was our guide and since the beginning he gave us very clear instructions, he took the needed time on each stop to explain every historical detail which we loved. He waited for everyone to catch up and was very patient making sure everyone was safe. We discovered Amsterdam in such a lovely way.

Start your visit with a bike tour

This tour took us out of the old city and thru a number of neighborhoods throughout Amsterdam. Luc was our guide. He did a great job providing details of the area, historical of the area plus of the country. He was interesting, factual and engaging. The ride is about 11 miles on flat roads, fairly easy physically. If you have not been to Amsterdam I would recommend this be the first thing you do as this your gives you a great feel for the city, restaurants, shopping, entertainment.

Seeing the city the way you should in Amsterdam

Such a nice way to see the city. Bikes are easy to use (only one set of gears). I thought it might be difficult with all of the bikes on the road, but our guide was super helpful in navigating the routes. Learned lots of history and saw many neighborhoods we definitely wouldn’t have seen otherwise. My only wish is that our guide could answer a little more in terms of questions. There were several he did not know the answer to… but other than that, it was fantastic!
