Our guide, Pedro had the best running commentary about Bruges and The Netherlands on our trip out to Bruges. We hardly noticed the length of the trip. He was informative and very entertaining. The architecture was beautiful. The Michaelangelo was a real treat. Our restaurant served excellent food. The whole trip was very worthwhile and fun. This was our second trip to Bruges.

Well worth time on the bus to be 'In Bruge'
Julie_D, Sept 2023
Pieter was a wonderful host as the day was long. The travelling by bus was 6 -7 hours but the time in Bruge was enough to see all that was interesting. Great day.
Must do!
Nancy_K, Sept 2023
The recommendations by the guide for food. And shopping were great and they were so friendly! The tour was informative and the staff is engaging! The town was so charming! Great experience!
It’s a Fairytale Town
Stan_B, Sept 2023
This was a long day, but really worth it. Bruge is really beautiful. The coach ride is about three hours each way, but you get lots of information on the way there. You get about 4 hours in Bruge with the walking tour. Peiter, our guide was great.
Bruges experience
Jenny_W, Sept 2023
Great tour. Beautiful sights to see both getting to Bruges and there. Fantastic architecture, shopping and food. The only issue was the audio between the tour guide and the party. It was very poor, and I missed information that would have been good to hear.
Great value
Sylvia_J, Sept 2023
This was a very well organized tour, and we really enjoyed it. The drive time seemed to fly by because of all of the additional information that was provided by the tour guide. It was a nice way to see another city in another country from our originating point in Amsterdam.
Beautiful Bruges
Henry_R, Sept 2023
Great place to visit. Lots of history and very well set up. Lots to do if you want or do nothing and enjoy the atmosphere. Beautiful place, but very busy.
Pedro was great and...
Roberto_T, Aug 2023
Pedro was great and Brugges is beautiful. Brugges looks just like we saw it on a hallmark movie beautiful, quaint and regal.
Do not recommend this company
Lynn_R, Aug 2023
The bus was old and in need of repair. Plastic bags were stuffed in several missing A/C vents. The lavatory emitted a strong odor. Brugge itself is a beautiful historic city and is a must see!
Good and bad

Bus trip to Bruge
Edward_B, Aug 2023
We took the day long trip to Bruge on August 21. We felt the cost was fair. But it was difficult to find the meeting location at the Centraal Station in Amsterdam. We arrived at 9:05 am, and the lady behind the counter admonished us for being "late." On the trip, the guide did a fine job. He provided some good insight. When we arrived in Bruge, my wife wanted to use the bathroom in the bus, but the driver, Ryan (sp?) said it was not possible when the bus was stopped. We did our own tour, noting from the guide that we had to leave promptly at 6 pm. We were running late because my wife has a bad knee. I ran up to the bus at 5:40 pm saying Susan was on her way. The Driver said in a stern voice; "We leave at 6!" I asked him if there were seats on the second level, and his response: "How would I know?" We felt the guide should have done a head count of some kind, or provided a number for an emergency. We would not use Viator again.
Wonderful Bruge
Angela_B, Aug 2023
Fabulous day with our travel guide Pedro who knew his stuff. Well worth the long drive which goes rather quickly. Comfortable clean bus with toilet was fabulous. Bruge was very busy due to holiday season but got to see the sites we wanted and had enough time to try the local beers. P.s. only one door allowed to be opened at the end of the tour due to bus rules after 8pm in Amsterdam... I'm still yet to find this one 😕.
Bruges All Day Bus Tour
Nicole_S, Aug 2023
Nice tour, Bruges is great. It was a beautiful city. We didn’t rate a five as our guide was just okay (Pedro)….did not love his off hand comments. He also took us to a lunch place with not enough seating for everyone. But we found our own place. Also the traffic was bad going back but there is no control over that. It would have been nice to have a more structured tour. Overall though we would do it again.
Giggles, history and adventure all together
JoAnne_B, Aug 2023
Pedro is a hysterically funny, personable guide. The bus ride is on the long side, but his commentary makes it well worthwhile. His advice and explanation of how to get around in Bruges is excellent. The bus is comfortable and clean, and Mikey Ferrari (I imagine that's a nickname) is a skilled driver. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed this day.
Medieval fairytale town
Jennifer_r, Aug 2023
This was probably going to be the best you were going to get given the length of time to get there from Amsterdam. This was a bucket list city for me to see and the only way I was going to get there. This bus tour made my life easy, a little bit of a crash course of the old town but what a magical little place .
Pedro was a fantastic guide!
LisaD_T, Aug 2023
Our guide Pedro was so knowledgeable and entertaining and made the trip so much fun. He gave us great tips to get the most out of the trip and how to navigate Bruges without getting lost.
Bruges Full Day Tour
LeAnn_W, Aug 2023
The city was absolutely beautiful and our tour guide(Pedro) was very knowledgeable and fun! No complaints at all! Highly recommend if you are close to do a day trip to Bruges!
Maybe some other time of year….
hunter12, Aug 2023
The tour guide was awesome. The bus was very comfortable and clean. I was surprised how gentrified the city was as there were chain retail stores and restaurants. It was not what I expected but to each their own. The town was charming but way too crowded. It was hard to keep up with the tour guide amongst all the people and after an hour and a half we were ready to go. Perhaps we would have enjoyed this place more in low season (if there is such a thing anymore). Also, why subject the horses to the masses of the crowds? They seemed stressed and it was sad to see that.
Great Time
Suzana_G, Aug 2023
This was such a wonderful fun time. The drive from Amsterdam is a bit of a long one, but thanks to our tour guide Pedro we didn’t even notice. Pedro is very knowledgeable, we learned a lot about the history of both Bruges and The Netherlands along with some fun facts…We enjoyed his humour, had some good laughs…was very entertaining! Peter our driver was great too, felt very safe with him behind the wheel! I did a few tours with this company and wasn’t really impressed with their tour guides. I almost cancelled this tour but so so happy I didn't Bruges is beautiful! Lots to see and do! During our free time we explored, shopped of course and had an awesome dinner…muscles, fries and Belgium beer, delicious…all fantastic!!! Thank you Pedro (Jimmy) 😂 and Peter you guys are the best!
Not happy
Lisa_S, Aug 2023
Ian was an excellent guide. However bus did not have good A/C upstairs on return trip so we were sweating for 3 hours. Ian checked initially then no follow up. Terrible bus mates fully reclining seats that made it feel even hotter. Recommend Bruges, just maybe not this tour. 4star for Ian.
More time on Bus than in Bruge
Adam_P, Aug 2023
Bruges was nice. But if I were to do things over again I would just take the train. Two tickets would be less than the cost of this tour and I wouldn’t be on a bus with 85 people. The tour guide was nice and did a good job having to conduct the tour in two languages.
