    • It is colder on the water, please bring warm clothing and don't get surprised by the chilly Dutch weather
    • Our stewards in the bright orange shirts are there to inform and help you.
    • A fairly big step has to be made into the boat. Our stewards will assist you with this.
    • When a lot of rain is predicted and/or the weather is colder than expected, the boat will be covered.

    • You are always welcome to change your ticket if it rains and you'd rather stay inside :)
    • If you are unhappy with your experience, please let us know directly or come by the office at Leliegracht 42 (around the corner).
    • No bachelor / birthday party groups allowed, please call us for a private boat option.
    • Tour available for free for infants (0-2 years old).
    • Most travelers can participate

    Cancellation Policy

    You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
    • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

    This boat tour was great. Sam snd Laura were our captain and host snd they were very personable along with very knowledgeable. We had a wonderful boat tour with them. Great way to end our stay in Amsterdam.

    The boat was overbooked and delayed departing (although it returned to port at the scheduled time). We found the staff unhelpful and no one expressed an apology for the overbooking or delays. The tour itself was ok but I would recommend finding a different provider that is more professional and more concerned with making sure visitors have a positive experience.
    Too much talking to enjoy the scenery

    Less talking. The scenery is unreal, but the guide talks so much you barely look out to enjoy it. If your looking for a relaxing ride, not much talking, and enjoy the romantic beautiful scenery, choose a different boat. This is a talking guide (not much pouring drinks) and made fun of a lot of the buildings she didn't like.

    Wonderful experience with live guide who wasn’t too little or too much involved. Skipper was also a lovely human. They had blankets and drinks aboard. Great one hour!

    It was a little frustrating - we had tickets for 4:45pm, we showed up on time and yet, that tour was full and we had to take the next one. They seem a bit unorganized. However, once on the boat it was a nice 1-hour tour.

    Seeing the canals and buildings along the waterways with some context and history thrown in with an afternoon libation is a must for anyone visiting Amsterdam. It was a relaxing and enjoyable hour to spend on the boat. I highly recommend this company.

    It was our guide Sebastian‘s first day as a tour guide. He was very good! I didn’t remember the skipper‘s name (he‘s a veteran tour guide) - he‘s in one of the pictures though and it was the best tour ever!

    Lovely little canal cruise, Tim and Bink were great and chatty, drinks served for those wanting one. Saw some of Amsterdam at a leisurely pace and both my 15 year old son and I enjoyed it.
