Choosing the "Santa Monica Departure" ensures no wait time before the tour and also give you plenty if time to explore the Santa Monica Pier if you come early.
If you chose a hotel pickup tour option please make sure to include your hotel name. Be aware you will be on the bus doing other hotel pickup for 30 minutes to 1.5 hours
Please note: The Observatory is closed on Mondays and the Park is sometimes closed for filming so as an alternative the tour may go to Mulholland Drive and/or The Hollywood Bowl

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Overall it was just ok tour. Not bad but definitely not great. A lot of information was given but not with much passion in its delivery more of a facts being checked off kind of feel.Sadly tour bus did not have open windows so taking pictures was a little harder. At times especially towards end of tour we felt rushed and could not fully enjoy locations. We would not use this tour company again in the future.

It was all great, our driver/tour guide was excellent, friendly and very knowledgeable about every place we went, my great nephew and his fiancée came from the UK and were impressed with the tour and the friendliness of our guide/driver. Really great way to nearly see the whole city in one day. I would have given 5 stars if we had a little more time at each stop. We got back to our hotel at 3ish and would have happily spent another 10-15mins at each stop and arrive back at 4ish. But would definitely recommend if you have limited time to see the sights!
