Kaleigh was fantastic. Unfortunately due to the cyclone and landslides we couldn’t go to the west coast. However Our tour guide was able to make other accommodations for us.

We had a great time on our Auckland city and West Coast full day tour. Our guide Sophia was a Maori (indigenous people to New Zealand).So we got to see all of our clients through her eyes. We had a small group of six people only which made it even better because of Sophia the trip was great there wasn’t any part of Auckland she didn’t take us too. We would definitely do this again

Guide and driver was on time at our pre-arranged meeting spot. Great tour and we had the whole mini bus to ourselves. Wonderful scenery, great stops at Piha Beach and at the top of the mountain for stunning views of the beach below. We stop for walks to see the waterfalls at Kerekare and also at the Visitor centre at the National Park to see the giant Kauri and other species. Our wonderful guide, Julia , is full of enthusiasm and information and we see a lot of Auckland which is quite surprising. Wonderful lunch at Davenport - great food amid an equally great setting on the water's edge. Will happily recommend - you will see much more than you would expect.

My partner and I found this tour wonderful and memorable. Our lovely tour guide Sophia was very informative and entertaining. She kept us well looked after. Better yet, we were grouped with an amazing group of people that has etched this experience into our hearts. Sophia went out of her way to make the most of our day and experience. We highly recommend her. She definitely got me even more interested in the Maori culture. In re to the tour, we were met with heavy rain that day, but that didn't change our A experience. The beach, the waterfall, the mountain roads, the mountain views, the museum and the city, were exceptional and combined with insightful stories, history and heart. Thanks for the delicious snacks and treats during our trip as well. I'll have to find some L and P and kiwi juice in Aust. My partner said he had the best Fish and Chips too, he doesn't think anything will top it now. Missing our whanauextended family a lot but will always remember you guys.

Exceptional tour - Guide was well versed in local lore and fauna. Scenic beaches and jungle/waterfalls most intriguing city tour was well done within good time element, to include a very nice and measured lunch in an Auckland coastal suburb. If you can, ask for Sophia.

Excellent tour. Our guide, Kirstin, was extremely knowledgeable about the history of New Zealand, their fauna, etc., but she made the tour particularly enjoyable by not only showing us amazing vistas such as the waterfalls, the black sand beaches at Mission Bay, Arataki Visitor Center, Devonport, etc. but she made it easy for the group to get to know her and each other. Although it was raining in the morning, it didnt stop her from introducing us to local foods such as marmite albeit standing with umbrellas in the rain. Auckland was far more beautiful and interesting than we had expected. A truly unforgettable day!

I had a great experience on this tour from beginning to end. My husband and I were conveniently picked up by Romy and had a whirlwind day seeing the sights of Auckland and surroundings. Romy has the perfect personality and background to introduce the city, explain its geologic history, and entertain a group. I recommend this tour to all that want to see the highlights of the city and the beautiful west coast.

Far better than I expected. Sophie was an excellent tour guide giving us a light hearted commentary but at the same time very informative. She made sure everyone on the coach was comfortable with snacks and water. We were promised a picnic lunch but we got a delicious hot meal from a good café instead. She also made many photo stops. Highly recommend this tour.

Had a wonderful day out with the charming Chrissie and Sofia. They were lovely and did everything possible to ensure that our Auckland experience was memorable...for all the right reasons! Apart from visiting and viewing so many marvellous areas/sights we were also treated to a constant supply of water, fruit and snacks on board the coach. We were given the opportunity to taste quite a few Kiwi specialities: honey, local drinks, sweets etc. The lunch provided was delicious and the time spent at the restaurant just right for a short break without cutting into the sightseeing too much. Highly recommended !
