Great Auckland day tour

We had a joyful Auckland city visit with Sean! We got picked up at our hotel, visited the Devonport, one tree hill, mount Eden, Achilles point, MJ savage memorial park, Auckland museum, and dropped off at sky tower. We were able to see so much in one day, such a memorable family time. Thank you Sean!

Tour guide is professional. Tried hard to do a good job. Met very friendly group of people all from America. Started tour more than one hour delay. Vehicle is small, packed with all seats, very hard to get in and out. At one of the most important stop, Auckland War memorial museum, we were dropped off around 4:10pm, but museum was closing in 20 mins, no longer allow visitors entering. Skytower: only passing in vehicle.

Beautiful views and great tour guide

We had the best time on the private tour with Israel. He took us to Mt Eden, One Tree Hill, Cornwell Park, Devenport, the Winter Garden and The Memorial War Museum. Israel is very knowledgeable of the area and we learned so much from him. He is a great conversationalist and was full of suggestions on what to do next. I would highly recommend this tour.

Rain was forecast for our tour and Israel reached out the day before to start earlier so the outdoor portion wouldn’t be so soggy. It worked out beautifully! Among the stops were to mt eden, cornwall park,north head historic preserve and auk museum. Also stopped for coffee and lunch! Israel was a very wonderful and welcoming host. Great tour!

Cyclone prep in Aukland

Our lunch during a fire drill, lol. Israel was an excellent guide and very easy to be around. He did his best to show us around Aukland. Everyone in Auckland preparing for major cyclone but Israel was still able to take us to all of the points of interest in Aukland City. Super fun!!!!

Yes, It was heavy rain on the day and we got flooded after tour. Which is unexpected day for us. It was difficult to hire a vehicle because of rain. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Beautiful city. A great experience with Israel our guide. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He made frequent stops for photos and story telling of the events and places. Steven was a good tour guide. I would say that this felt expensive for what it was - most if the places we visited were free. We had to pay for the museum on top. A great way to see the city just over priced
