I can’t add photos as I have none - the reason? The bus didn’t turn up! I waited for 45 minutes in the dark, alone! Rang the tour provider and the line was unavailable! I only had two nights in Auckland and this wasted one of them - I still haven’t heard anything from them by way of an apology! Absolutely shocking service! They took my money too and I haven’t had a refund yet! Don’t book it!

The driver never showed up at my hotel pick-up point. I tried to contact the operator, but never got a response. My hotel's concierge was likewise unable to contact them (the phone number appeared to be disconnected). After 45 minutes of waiting, I finally bailed. DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR! It's a rip-off!

They never showed up. Waited until 9:15. Guest services at the hotel called and it was a discontinued number. I sent several texts and no response. Now I’ve got to get my money back. Can’t do that until we get home feb 14. They had the correct hotel and address to pick us up at.

Our “bro” was a no show. Our hotel concierge tried calling the local phone number to contact the vender and it was disconnected. I emailed the vender with no response. I have submitted a request for a refund thru viator and expect my money back
