Lovely Day

The lunch at the first Vineyard was lovely and the staff very friendly and the amazing hospitality at The Fat Pig Vineyard was second to none. The wines we tasted were really good. Overall a lovely day out.

The range of wines was very good and varied. The lunch provided was nice but not very filling. A range of Italian antipasto items and pizza. Two beautiful vinyards in great settings. I would have liked to have a closer look at the vines and perhaps see the winemaking and bottling processes. Overall though it was a really good tour.

This was an exceptional vineyard crawl! Our tour guide Ken Malarkey, yes that is his real name, was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We visited three vineyards with tastings at each, our favourite was the final property owed by an Italian family. A great day out and excellent value for money! Thanks Ken.

None, tour guide was good but stops for wine tasting where poor. Stop for lunch was bad, nothing was explained just dropped off.

I am sorry you did not enjoy your tour. We had a number of operational problems on that day. This resulted in using guides who were new to this tour, hence the lack of explanation.
I will pass on your feedback to the lunch provider.

This was the second time we have done this tour with Ken. He makes it fun and shares his exceptional knowledge of the local area.
The Fat Pig wines are beautiful and so different to other wineries, with Richard (owner) a real scream.
Marsden winery is a gorgeous outlook and wines were amazing, including a wonderful share plate lunch.
The 3rd tasting was also a delightful experience right on the river bank where we had a choice of either 4 wines or speciality beers.
This is a fabulous, fun tour within a small group which Ken makes very personable.
Highly recommended.
