The main car park at Milford Sound costs $25 for 5hrs. Payment can be made at payment stations on site. This Car park area is approximately a 10 minute walk to the Milford Sound Visitor Terminal building.
Free car park is available on the corner of Milford Road and Deepwater basin, the walk from here to the Milford Sound Visitor Terminal building will take approximately 40min.
Disability Parking can be found outside the main Milford Sound Visitor Terminal and is wheelchair accessible.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Road Trip amazing

The drive to the Sound was amazing. Unfortunately the road was closed and we where unable to take the cruise. The company contacted us to make another time but we unfortunately were unable to make it. We were promptly give a credit on our trip. But enjoyed the drive. The boat we travelled on was nothing like the one in the advertisement. I specifically booked this company so that we would enjoy the small boat experience. The vessel was just like the commuter ferry catamarans that you see on many harbours. Crew were fine and service ok but nippy what I was expecting.

We (family of 4) booked the Cruise in NZ being NZ residents for the price advertised $78.66 (assumed in NZ $), which seemed reasonable. However (while we had a great experience), were not happy with the total cost that was charged in US $, as the Interim Confirmation (snap 3) showed $314.64 and we assumed it was NZ $). We ended up paying $542.71 (i.e. an extra NZ $228.07). Can we get a refund of this amount?

An amazing experience with only max 20 people on the cruise. You weren’t crowded on any of the windows or outdoor viewing decks. The staff were very knowledgeable and the smaller boat allows you to get closer to the action.

Very small and intimate group! The crew helped us spot wildlife, like an albatross amd dolphins. Note, we went when it was sunny. The captain/tour guide was really knowledgeable and cheeky. Loved the free hot drinks and biscuits provided to warm us up. Definitely happy we went with this company as it wasn't crowded or super busy. No fighting for photo spots, etc... A must do tour if you are in the region.

Absolutely beautiful area. The cruise took us up and down both sides of the lake all the way to the sea. We saw a seal and a pod of dolphins. Due to rainfall there were at least a dozen waterfalls flowing. Breathtaking.

Amazing! The crew taking us out was very lovely. The cruise also provided tea, coffee and biscuits free of charge. We got very close to the cliff face as well as the waterfall. We went in late June and it was freezing so definitely bring warm jackets.
