We will meet at the main Lifeguard Station at La Jolla Shores beach. From there, we will walk together to a quiet and secluded area on the beach. Free parking is available at the lot or park on the street.

Unique relaxing experience

The Best Way to Spend My Birthday!

Beach Yoga with Cathy was the best way to spend my birthday. I live on the east coast and wanted to get away from the frigid winter weather so I traveled to San Diego. Having a winter birthday has never afforded me the opportunity to celebrate on the beach. This year I did and I'm so grateful to have booked with Cathy. She gave perfectly clear directions so my Lyft driver was able to drop me off at the location and I was able to find the meeting location on the beach perfectly. I enjoyed having Cathy there to guide me through my practice. Her energy was very calming and reassuring as I'm still new to yoga. At the end of our time together I couldn't stop telling her thank you. I felt completely relaxed and grateful for the experience. Next time I'm in San Diego I plan to book with Cathy again - it was that much fun!

This was an absolutely perfect yoga glasses. I'm not exaggerating. The location was perfect. Cathy, the instructor, was absolutely wonderful. The difficulty level was spot on -- as easy or hard as you need it to be. The only bad part was that it ended after an hour.

I highly recommend this yoga class. This yoga session has been my happy hour as it’s combination healing yoga and relax on the beach. The instructor has been so nice and the session itself is very informative. The actual session is very similar to what i have been expected when i saw the images on the website.

Cathy was an excellent yoga instructor. This class was beginner friendly through and through. She was patient with all of us in the class. She was friendly and helpful and really taught all of us how to do breathwork. I am forever indebted to her for changing my outlook on life in general.

We enjoyed a delightful morning on the beach with Cathy! She made it super easy to find her as we arrived at the beach. She tailored our class to what our family wanted for the experience. Yoga mats, bottled water and a little lavender (if you wanted) made for a relaxing yoga experience! Would book it again!

Absolutely amazing! My mom and I were visiting LA jolla on a girl's trip and I knew she loved yoga and was missing it due to COVID. I have never done yoga so I was apprehensive about joining her on this experience. Kathy was absolutely amazing and made my feel so comfortable, she was not critical which I was nervous about since I had never done yoga before. The beginning meditation set the whole mood. Kathy turned my whole mindset about yoga around. I would tell anyone visiting LA jolla to embark on this experience.

Cathy , was so friendly and made the experience so much fun. Me and my boyfriend that were visiting tried yoga at the beach. Not only was it something fun and new for us to do, but it gave you a mental break and just focus on yourself. I really appreciated Cathy helping us and moving at our experience level.
