There were not enough buses operating and had to wait long periods of time - unlike somewhere like New York where there is a bus every 10-12 mins

You could get on regular bus to see what we seen and downtown need to go out side of city.

Hot and uncomfortable

Both busses we hopped on were like saunas on the bottom level. It was so hot and uncomfortable. Seats are narrow and then hot it was hard to enjoy the sites. First bus the man yelled everything and it was annoying to our ears. The second bus the guy that spoke was much easier to understand and voice was more enjoyable. Will not do this bus again.

I forgot our ticket at the hotel. I bought a 2 day tour ticket for 3 people. You could see the purchase on Viator but the workers refused to honor the purchase without the ticket from the 1st day. The hotel was too far to go back and get the ticket. The 1st day we couldn't understand anything the tour guide was saying due to either the speakers or the microphone placement. I would not of even wrote this review if they honored my purchase that they could clearly see on the Viator app on my phone.

We rode 2 different buses, and both guides were wonderful, very knowledgeable, had great facts and knew the city very well! They say it hardly rains in Vegas of course it did yesterday, but they gave us ponchos and made it fun!

We did the complete tour of Vegas with Andy as guide, and he provided a knowledgeable and humorous commentary as we toured the city. Only downside is that there are significant distances between the stops, so you can't really go anywhere until the next bus comes along. On the whole a great way to see all that Vegas has to offer!

The guide was pretty good identifying each building or hotel until the microphone started to go out. They had to fix it 3 times or so. Other than that. I think the time frame between stops should be shortened. Waiting for the bus in the hot sun for 30-45 minutes is not fun. Maybe more stops and more frequent arrival.

Tour OK. But difficult or limited time restraints in using the hope off/on to view different stops

Nice to see Vegas with a little info while driving. However, didn't like the hours. Shutting the bus tour down at 5 didn't give you time to look around. With a hop on hop off tour, I expected more time to look around and get back to the original spot. Stopped and looked around at a few casino's and shops; approx 2 hrs. Ran out of time to catch the bus back to the original stop. Therefore, had to catch an Uber back to our hotel. Also tour guides used and stated different infomation.

During a 100 degree temperature in Las Vegas our guide abruptly told us that everyone needed to get off at the next stop and transfer to the next bus. He and driver then left the stop and when the next bus arrived we all tried to get on but that driver told us that he didn’t know anything about picking up any transfers and then he drove off. So we were all just stranded outside with no information as to when the next bus was coming. I’ve purchased Big Bus tours in many cities but now I will never purchase another one ever again, because that was unacceptable and irresponsible.

disappointed at best. received no list of stops or schedules, ended up not being able to find after repeated emails to viator. wouldn't suggest to anyone. After the day was over, I got a message stating I should download their app. that would have been nice to know at the beginning when it would have been helpful, not at the end when it was worthless.

Our tour guide was exemplary. He was hilarious. Only draw back to the experience was the delay in pick up, traffic and no available waters for sale. It’s way too hot not to have a water included or for sale.
