Dirk was our tour guide, He did a great job considering how much driving was involved. The scenery was beautiful, Dirk put in a couple movies to help pass the time, but it is a long tour almost 14 hrs. Boxed lunch provides was decent.

I didn’t enjoy my trip. Zion was closed and we were not informed about it until we got into the bus. Viator could have easily compensated it by taking us to Valley of Fire but they did not.

We thoroughly enjoyed the trip to Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. Fiona & Thomas were personable and fun - apologizing many times for the fact that they could not play the usual videos as the dvd sound had malfunctioned on the bus. They were unaware of this until we began the trip as they had been assigned a different bus that morning. Instead Fiona shared many facts about the areas and played some games keeping us entertained. We felt this trip was well worth the cost and would recommend it to friends or family especially if Fiona and Thomas are your team.

Dirk our driver was full of information, lots of little jokes in between. I just wish we had a little bit longer in Zion to buy a few more souvenirs, but understand we are on a schedule. I could of spent some more money. A good was day was had.🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

Bryce Canyon was beautiful. The drive was very scenic. The driver side of the bus has the best photo ops. The drive to Zion was better than the time at Zion. There wasn’t enough time to really do anything but visit the information center. Fiona and Thomas were great. Bus DVD didn’t work and none of the power outlets worked but I had brought a portable charger so I was fine.

Review rating is not really about the tour but the company itself. While tours sponsored by Viator are good and the guides are knowledgeable, BEWARE of their credit promotion offered after each tour. Being overly efficient, I booked 3 tours all at the same time for our planned vacation. After each tour we were notified we were eligible for a $ credit and it would automatically be applied to our next booking. They will not honor my credit because I booked all 3 at the same time. I was told after the first tour I should have canceled the 2nd tour and rebooked it to get the credit from the 1st tour. This is crazy and I cannot recommend a company that feels this is a just way to treat a repeat customer. Try and find the same tour offered but through another company.

Both places were awesome, hard to choose a favorite. Bryce Canyon was beautiful beyond words, as was Zion. Wish we would have been able to spend more time at each but understand The box lunch was very good and fresh.
