In order to ensure the you have the most time at the Grand Canyon, we pick up from select hotels on or near the Strip and Downtown. The pickup location you enter will be used as reference so we can assign you to the closest pickup point from the hotel or address where you are staying. Pickup times are scheduled between 5:00AM and 6:00AM depending on your assigned pickup location. Pickup details are sent by 8 P.M. the day prior to your tour.

Our tour guide Katie was amazing. She really made it such an enjoyable experience. I learnt a lot from her. I don’t think it would have been as valuable without her. The places they brought us to were jaw dropping. I highly highly highly recommend the walking tour option. You wouldn’t have time to see it all without it and would be a bit of a waste of a trip if you didn’t get this option.

The great scenic view. The people there having a great time. A small view of God's creation. We also enjoyed watching the Elks on the grounds and all the history behind it.

Unfortunately, we do not operate our own buses due to the pandemic. We now charter our buses through a local third-party vendor.

We had a great experience on our trip with Ben & Debra❣️
We were picked up on time at our hotel & got a snack before entering the coach
Ben kept us informed about where we were going and what the schedule was for the whole day
We paid breakfast in advance & lunch was included,both of which were lovely & tasty☺️
We chose to pay extra & get the guided tour with Ben,we were both please we done this as Ben is very knowledgeable about the Grand Canyon so we learned alot more than we would if we were just looking at it
We would both highly recommend doing this trip as we had an amazing day

They called me at 4 am, one hour before the pick-up time to tell me that the tour is cancelled because the mother of the driver passed away. While normally this would be a tragic turn of things, in this particular instance it really felt like a scam and it probably was. They offered to put me on the next day tour but it was not possible for me to change as I was leaving. Also because it was such a late cancellation, I could not book another tour and I was very disappointed. I did not receive any official confirmation by email that the tour was cancelled and I would receive a refund. I had to call twice to ask for it and eventually my request went through only when I did it directly via Viator. Waiting to see when I will get my money back. After that, I started reading also the negative reviews and I saw how many recent negative ones the company had, citing bad organisation, last minute cancellations or a terrible experience overall. Lesson learned.
Beautiful sights but the rest was terrible

The lunch sub had mold on it, the bus toilet broke, and the dinner was dry and not hot. The bus was freezing cold, as in a sweater didnt keep you warm. The tour picked us up at 5am and we didnt get back until 910pm. The sight was beautiful but the bus and food were terrible.

Kindly accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you due to the food did not meet our quality standards. We try to patronize local businesses and have just started using this restaurant. We have passed on your comments to their management team.
Unfortunately, we do not operate our own buses due to the pandemic. It is chartered through a local third party. We do take your concerns seriously and have spoken with the charter bus company regarding the broken bus toilet. They have assured us they will address and repair all the bus issues.
We do send out emails advising all guests to bring a jacket or something to keep them warm while on the bus due to temperatures on all motor coaches are pre-set and cannot be adjusted.
As stated on our website, it does take 4.5 hours to go to the South Rim and another 4.5 hours to come back to Vegas.

I need more stars to leave. I would rate this experience 10/5 stars. Our guide Ben could not have done more, he was knowledgeable and happy to share as much information as he could. The whole day was well planned out with plenty of time at each stop to have a look around as well as use the restrooms. The bus and driver were also fantastic Grant was happy and enjoyed a joke. The Canyon itself was absolutely breathtaking. I cannot recommend this experience highly enough. It is an absolute MUST do.

The tour was disorganized as previously reported by other reviewers. We couldn’t come back to the hotel In Vegas until after 11 PM (when we left it before 5 AM). The operator struggled with many issues related to instruments, such as the screen, the speaker, the mic, of the bus. The tour guide was made aware that he was not speaking loud enough. But he did not change the situation! So, it was no surprise that some passengers did not go to a correct meeting point at the Canyon. The walk guide tour was totally unnecessary. If I can go there again, will try other choices.
