Your pick-up time will vary based on the hotel you are staying at. Pick-up times are generally 45 minutes to 90 minutes before departure time and available via Luxury-style transportation. Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Viator is a useless service. Total waste of money. No value for your money. Book directly with operators otherwise you’d be paying more of your money only to get crappy service from Viator. They damn near ruined my vacation. Absolutely not worth it.

The wait was too long for the helicopter ride. I paid for transportation and after the helicopter ride I had to wait outside for 20 minutes only to share a van with 12-14 other strangers where we were packed tight like sardines.

This was my first time being in a helicopter and I was so nervous but our pilot Ander made me feel so safe! Everyone in the office was very attentive. There is nothing like seeing Vegas lights and then seeing them from above was priceless! I will definitely be recommending this to everyone I know, it’s too good to miss out on. Well worth it! Even not having a window seat the views were amazing.
