We pick-up all guests at the Luxor Hotel & Casino; guide will be at the Main Entrance, not at Uber drop off. Parking is available at the Luxor. Tour departs at scheduled time, boarding begins 15 minutes prior . Please remember you must be wearing closed toed shoes. Long pants are recommended.

Could hv been better. To many technical atv problems. The vibe of the activity changed once one of the riders flipped there atv over. Host could have communicated that he was going to make a stop when taking us back to the hotel. Minus those the experience the excursion would have been better.

Alex was great from pickup to drop off. Told us about the area as we drove to the location, explained safety and how to use ATVs until everyone was comfortable. Some of the other riders never rode ATVs and did fine. Would highly recommend and also encourage others to tip them as some did not. When taking tours like this, it is customary to tip although not required. Tipping brings them income (helps them pay to get health benefits, etc.) as well as thanks them for the entire experience. You will get covered in dust from head to toe! Be prepared.

What an amazing trip from start to finish. Our driver was on time and we had a short 40 minute commute to the desert. The ATVs were all lined up waiting for us when we got there. They supply a bottle of water, helmet, and goggles for each of us. The tour is incredible at sunset! It’s amazing to be cruising around overlooking all the hills and be immersed in nature just outside of the strip. It was a pleasant change of scenery. I’m so glad that I booked here!

A scam ??

Operator shuttle never shown up !!! I was present at luxor valet parking 15 minutes before meeting and stand for 1 hour. I sent 4 messages to operator via Viator App....not a single response ! Looks like a scam !!!

It is not a scam, you just missed your tour, everybody else found the shuttle. Our tour guide tried to call you but your phone number was not active. Next time please read Viator instructions thoroughly and call the number provided if you need assistance. That's the fastest, easiest way to get in touch with us.
