Fancy dinner and fancy views

This was an enjoyable idea; a fancy dinner at the Paris Restaurant followed by a short helicopter tour. Everyone one involved from the driver, to the restaurant staff, to the pilot were very nice and a wonderful to talk to. The dinner was delicious as were the cocktails (which were not included but no big deal). The helicopter ride was intense in the best possible way while providing a great view of Las Vegas lit up in the night.

Tried to cancel multiple times that day, got the runaround from the company, not being able to cancel. The conditions were very windy. I felt very uncomfortable to fly though they canceled many flights that day they said they were going to fly. Anyway, I would not recommend using them they would not let me cancel my trip, even when I had tried prior to the cancellation agreement, the people were absolutely rude on the phone. I do not recommend wasting your money, as they never refunded any of mine.

I was so looking forward to this experience and it was so bad. The dinner was great but when it came to our tour n helicopter ride I was extremely disappointed. The whole ride not one word was said by the tour guide. I would never recommend this to anyone especially for what we paid for

Bianca, Thank you for your feedback.. In the interests of safety, Pilots are in constant communication with air traffic control to ensure the safe operation of the helicopter. The Strip helicopter flight follows an FAA approved and regulated flight route which is very busy and narration may not always be an option. We do have other flights that allow for more communication with passengers that may be another opportunity.

The helicopter seats were so small. I paid for the comfort seat but the seatbelt wasn't long enough to buckle. They brought out a seatbelt extender but it wasn't the right one for the seatbelt so I didn't end up getting to fly. My husband flew on the helicopter without me and said that he was on the wrong side of the helicopter and didn't get to see the strip at all. Dinner was nice, the helicopter ride was a complete fail. I hope I can be reimbursed something because that was an expensive excursion we didn't even get to fully enjoy

We apologize for any inconvenience the seat belt issue may have caused. Unfortunately, the helicopter is equipped with standard aviation seat belts. We make every attempt to accommodate all guests meeting all safety requirements.

The evening was a fantastic experience. The filet steak cut like butter and the dinner was awesome!! Flying high over the strip was breathtaking and like no other helicopter ride we’ve taken. The pilot was good and the ride very smooth. It is definitely an experience worth recommending and we do!!!

I had a terrible experience with this tour package. 1. It was stated in the itinerary that hotel pick-up was 6pm. We had planned our schedule accordingly to that time but the driver called at about 5pm and said she was here to pick us up. Why was there a discrepancy in the timing and not informed to us accurately? We had to rush and get ready, causing us distress. 2. I had specifically contacted Viator 2 days prior confirming all the information and informing them to communicate with me via whatsapp. The agent said they have notified the company but I was contacted over phone calls instead and was then incurred roaming charges despite my clear instructions. 3. Our table at the Paris restaurant was so pathetic. We were placed to sit right at the back where staff were working away actively. We had no panoramic views (which was the main point of dining at that restaurant) and no privacy at all. 4. The restaurant charged us additional admin fees for 2 drinks ordered and also decided for us n how much gratuity fees we should be paying. Why are they deciding how much tips we should pay for our bad experience? 5. We were told we had time until 815pm to dine at the restaurant but i started receiving alert calls at 8pm that the driver is waiting for us and then we should already be there. 6. When we got to the helicopter site, we were told we were meant to also pay fuel surcharge. Why isn't this indicated in the itinerary? Basically their itinerary is so INACCURATE and we received a lot of 'Surprises'!

Thank you for your feedback. Eiffel Tower dinner starts at 6.00pm with hotel ground transportation arranged approximately 45 minutes prior. Per the instructions printed on your Viator voucher, you are required to reconfirm your hotel pickup and flight at least 24 hours in advance of your tour day/date by contacting the helicopter company. Drinks are not included in the Eiffel Tower Dinner package, however gratuity is included in the three course dinner. We will pass your comments regarding your table assignment onto the Eiffel Tower Restaurant. The Viator voucher states that a $5.00 per person fuel surcharge is payable at the time of checkin for the helicopter flight We verified with our Check-in Staff that the fuel fees payable at checkin were waived and you received a complimentary bottle of champagne and photo. We sincerely apologize that your evening at the Eiffel Tower did not meet your expectations.
