Pull up at the studios and go inside to explore the spectacular sets used in the much-loved Harry Potter movies.

Enjoy free time to stroll around as you wish. View some of the beautifully crafted costumes and props—such as Hagrid’s motorbike—that were used to bring J.K. Rowling’s stories to vivid on-screen life.

Unravel the behind-the-scenes secrets of many of the special effects and marvel at the animatronics that made sets such as Dumbledore’s office and the Great Hall so spellbinding. Come face to face with the fabled Platform 9 ¾, and snap pictures of the baggage trolley as it vanishes through the platform wall. See the Hogwarts Express steam train, browse the potion shops along cobbled Diagon Alley, and experience the green-screen technology used in the movies with a brief ride on a broomstick, just like the cast.

The terminal meeting place is crowded and crazy busy so allow plenty of time to find the bus.
The no cancellation policy is bad because you cannot cancel and get your money back even for legitimate reasons - which keeps other people from being able to attend.

Such a magical tour! Perfect for any Harry Potter fans. There’s a lot to do, and it does take about three hours to go through the studio.

Transportation was easy from Victoria. Seeing behind the scenes was very cool. If you are a Harry Potter fan then this should be a must visit. It does get crowded so expect folks in pictures or needing to photoshop people out.

'Guide' Is a strong word to use for the experience as we only had a coach that took us from the pick up to drop off, from there we got or tickets and was told we can just go around. To be honest the person waiting was helpful that we showed our tickets to but it would have been nice to have a guide on the coach or at drop off to give us some fun facts about the tour! would recommend and would book again

Its everything you would dream about and more, the only downside is that wish I had more time as the 4 hours that were part of the tour were simply not enough but nevertheless it was still great to travel and see the exhibits. The souvenir shops were so full of so many different things but it was tricky as the earlier shops sold certain items that were not available in the main store at the end. So you weren't sure what different items would be in the main store.

If you are a Harry Potter fan, this will be a delight! My daughter and I went on this tour together and had an amazing time! The bus ride was easy and comfortable, although it was a very warm day and the A/C could have been a little higher. The studio tour was very fun and interesting! Be sure to get your HP passport to collect the stamps! There was food available at the half way point and we enjoyed some lunch. However, the food at the main dining area looked better once we were done so I would recommend planning your dining to enjoy that if possible. The studio also has an option to book tea in a special seating area that looked really nice! I couldn't figure out how to add that on though. They allowed 4 hours for us to see everything and we got done in plenty of time to enjoy the shop and our food. I highly recommend for any Potter fans!

It was a great tour. The amount of time in seeing everything was perfect. I would suggest going to gift shop first less crowds and was 2-3X more crowded after the tour& we even had time to get something to eat.

There were nothing of luxury transport, it was just a coach with a very bad air-condition system and a very rude bus driver. The bus driver crashed twice on the same trip, we had so much delay and had to wait for the police and it was a crazy hot day and the air conditioning was so poorly. The drives was so nervous and he was very rude when we did complain about the delay.
2 Car Accidents on the Way to Studio

As soon as we pulled out of the bus lot, we got in a car accident. This wasn’t the driver’s fault, but he was yelling and very worked up. Then, about 30 minutes later, I was woken up from ANOTHER car accident. I am not sure what happened, but again, our driver was enraged and clearly angered the other driver enough to purposely hit us (so he claims). This second accident caused about an hour and a half delay. We were on the side of the road, no AC in the bus, awful radio talk on rather than anything harry potter related, and it was very stressful and frustrating. The tour returned hours later than expected and I missed my dinner reservation for the evening.
Good Experience-Needed More Time at Studio

Easy to find bus station and gate. Bus ride was comfortable. With ride to the studios and time to experience the studio-cutting things short to get back to bus on time. We did not do everything and it was time to find the bus. Another hour would have given time to do all the little extras.
Harry Potter bit amazing - transport average

The Harry Potter Tour by Warner Bros was amazing but the transport part was a little unorganised with not very clear instructions or staff on site to assist. It was unclear at the bus station as to where to go and who to approach. It turned out there was another bus tour going at the exactly the same time from the same gate and many customers were confused as to what was going on - esp those that did not speak english well. Also it was extremely hot on the way back (Thurs 7 Sept was extremely hot day) I think the AC in the bus was not working well or the driver did not have it on enough. Next time I would suggest friends make their own way to the WB studios. Sorry :)

For Harry Potter fans, this was amazing. It feels like you are a part of the movie set and so beautifully done. Half way through the tour you can stop for something to eat and drink, of course we had to have the butterbeer which was delicious and you took the plastic cups home with you. The air conditioned bus (both ways) was NOT air conditioned (it was only blowing hot air around the bus) if it’s hot, take a fan with you. You can also catch an earlier bus back to Victoria Coach Station which leaves pretty much every hour however please check with the Premium Tours staff member when you arrive at HP as they will give you the entry ticket and will let you know the times of departure.

The entire experiance was fantastic. If you are a Harry Potter fan this is well worth the money. Just the fact that the aircon was working on the bus was great cause it was a HOT one out that day. Just read your email carefully to see which platform you depart from. Also take a battery pack with to charge your phone. Definitely try the Butter beer.
