We loved this tour!!! We only had a few days in London so we felt this would be the best bet for seeing as much as we could. Our tour guide, David, was perfect! He took us to the major sites, but also included hidden gems that we absolutely loved. He was also kind, funny and knowledgeable about the history of these places. I highly recommend this to anyone who visits London.

We would like to extend our sincerest apologies for the experience you had during your recent cab tour of London that did not meet your expectations. Thank you for providing us with this feedback, we take any and all feedback very seriously and have investigated this matter. Firstly, your booking was for 4 passengers, but for the tour you had 6 people, including elderly family members who stayed in the cab and did not want to explore or walk any distances and young children, if we are aware of all passengers attending ahead of time we are able to prepare and adapt the experience for all guests. Our guide denied your request to have a Mc Donald's meal in the cab during your tour, to maintain a clean and pleasant environment. Food odors and potential mess can negatively affect the overall experience and it would have taken a long time to remove the odor from the cab, he did offer to wait for you to eat at a restaurant but this offer was rejected. Moreover, our tour guide did not have any other engagements scheduled at 7:00 pm. He dropped off your group at your accommodation at 7:15 pm. You were indeed the last tour of the day for him. Towards the end of the tour, when you reached the Tower Bridge, it appeared that the focus shifted to using the hotel facilities and purchasing food from a nearby supermarket rather than the historical and cultural aspects of the sites, and we apologize for any disappointment this may have caused. Thank you again for bringing your concerns to our attention.

This is week 5 of a 5.5 week European vacation. We’ve been on tours everywhere, but this one was our favorite. Barry was a truly wonderful guide. There is no possible way we could have seen more or learned more London history in the 4 hours we spent with him. And he took 15 photos of us at all the best London attractions for no extra charge. He made sure to arrive on time for us to see the changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace. Barry definitely made us want to come back to London to spend more time. Well worth the money
