What To Expect

Make your own way to the departure pier on the Thames River in Westminster, and step aboard your sightseeing showboat for your evening dinner cruise.

Meet the crew as you're welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine in the lounge saloon. Then, as you sip your drink, soak up your first views of London from the water. Settle into your seat for a 4-course meal of classic British dishes/.

Cruise past famous landmarks such as the Houses of Parliament and the London Eye; snap photos of the monumental dome of St. Paul’s Cathedral; and sail under Tower Bridge as you cruise to the Thames Flood Barrier and back. In the summer months you can catch the sunset, too.

While you eat, enjoy a live performance by a cabaret singer. Listen to a string of pop hits and West End numbers followed by more live entertainment, and if you wish, enjoy ample time to hit the dance floor. Alternatively, simply sit back or head for the outer deck to admire the illuminated sights.

End your showboat experience when you disembark back at the starting point.

The boat left early, leaving us behind. We arrived on time to find the boat had already left. We had purchased tickets, but they had already released the boat down the river when we arrived. The hostesses were packing up and said there wasn't anything they could do, the boat was gone. After asking a few questions (there were 3 of us) due to our disbelief at what had happened, I checked my phone clock and it was 7:49pm. We were probably there 5 or so minutes asking Qs and wondering out load what had happened, but like I said, the boat was already long gone. It was away from the dock before we got to the pier! Very upset - this ruined our last night in London, which was supposed to be very special. I bought these dinner cruise tickets for my parents and I to enjoy our last night of my mom's heritage trip to England. I don't know if my parents will be mobile for another trip outside the US in the future, so this was beyond disappointing, it was heartbreaking, especially to my mom.

The entertainment was extremely cheesy. Unbelievably bad. The food was poor (chicken cooked to sahara dryness), but then this is Britain. OTOH it was a very romantic setting, seeing the tower bridge lit up at night from the water was memorable.

The singer was really fun. The dinner was so yummy. As soon as dessert was done my wife and I got the dancing started and were joined very shortly by several other couples. If you like dancing, this is great! If not, it’s still a very nice dinner and good music.

Great experience overall but the food contained gluten when we had specified a gluten free meal. I also thought there would be more than one man playing the guitare.
