      I needed a wheelchair, and there was no charge for the use.
      For us 2 adults no kids, it was ok. We expected more.

      The SoCal exhibit part was awesome. The shark tank and outdoor part was way cool too! Please provide paper straws for the smoothies.

      1. The video crashed (upon entering aquarium), it took waaaaay too long to refresh the computer. The lights came on and everyone left the theater. No apology or explanation was given. 2. Too many exhibits closed

      The touch tanks are great, but be prepared to stand in line if you go on a weekend. We went on a Saturday, and it was VERY busy!!!

      A very bland and commercialized aquarium without much to offer. They seemed more focused on selling merchandise and food than maintenance upkeep or diversity in animals. You would think that a major metropolis would have a much more enjoyable aquarium. Save your $

      The aquarium was a great experience for my family. My experience with the customer support from Viator was complete trash! I will never do business with them again. I would suggest that everyone look into buying tickets directly from the business if that is possible.
