      Everything was great. We loved all of the rides, especially the Studio Tour, Jurassic Park and Harry Potter. Even though we are both over fifty years of age, we had a great time.

      It was a good tour and it may be a great tour if Viator include pick and drop service but overall it is a great experience. You should plan to visit early morning cause it’s a huge area which needs time to cover.

      Fantastic day at universal Hollywood. I would recommend Express pass , but check wait time on each ride first , if it’s only 10 mins just queue up , and save pass till later in the day , when crowds get bigger. Then you get a second go with your pass. There is something very satisfying about going to the front of a queue. Waterworld show is amazing. Good assortment of eating places , at reasonable prices. All I all a great day out.

      We booked here as part of our honeymoon. We had the best time. We’ve never been anywhere that has taken so much time to make the environment look so good. As a Harry Potter fan, that section was amazing. I’d advise going on a Monday like we did as we didn’t queue at all. Max was 45mins for the Mario ride. I think mid August children in the US go back to school too.

      Everyone has the express tickets..so general is waiting long long hours. We went on 5 rides in 12 hours. Very sad

      Few rides for older kids (one not in operation). Universal App stated Harry Potter was a Single Rider experience - it wasn't. Poor value for money.

      We enjoyed Jurassic Park ride and the minions and transformers. Very busy and hot day so we didn’t get round everything. Food was good better than other parks.

      I loved Krustyland and the Harry Potter’s castle. Make sure you make the reservation at the right date and I deeply advise get there at 8 am to have time to do the rides without lots of waiting time

      Universal is hyped as a must do thing when visiting Hollywood. It is highly overrated, extremely expensive for the value it provides. The rides quickly jump to hours long lines, for minimal enjoyment. The only thing worth it was the studio tour, but for the cost of a universal ticket, most definitely not worth the price tag. Save your money and hit up another studio tour, like Warner Brothers, if that is the reason you’re going. Otherwise, prepare yourself for an exorbitantly expensive day to wait in lines with ridiculous crowds.

      Great place to visit ,ques time is average 50 minutes express ticket is too expensive to purchase . If going with family can be expensive day out and tiring but is enjoyable

      What an awesome place! Studio tour is simply amazing! Not to be missed. We also did the King Fu Panda 3D animation (delightful!!), Transformers ride (bumpy but nice), Jurassic World (probably the best of all rides)!! Queues were manageable at all places, but patience pays!! Weather too was kind and pleasant. Plenty of places to eat and drink .Overall, an amazing experience for the entire family to enjoy! Uber drop off and pick area at Frankenstein parking was very convenient.

      Would highly recommend buying the Universal Express pass tickets, especially during the LA summer school holidays. General entrance lines were extremely long, however with the express pass, we didn’t wait longer than 10 minutes in any line, besides Nintendo World, which is excluded from the express pass. We were able to cover the whole park in a day.

      Rides were unbelievable and worth the wait for each of them!! Food stations were very good but long waits in sun need improvement. Souvenir refillable cups need their own station setups similar to Universal Orlando…having to wait in food lines for a drink refill is unacceptable. An unforgettable experience and will visit again!!

      Harry Potter ride was out of the world !!! Whole place is very addictive!!! All other rides were also great! Had a wonderful time…..it’s a Must Do activity in your check list. NOT TO BE MISSED
