This was a truly one of a kind experience!! A must do in Maui!! Our tour guide was Bryce and he was so awesome. It felt like we just met up with a friend and hung out for the day. He is so knowledgeable about the island, I felt like I learned so much. He was patient and super helpful with the hike. He shared some local spots with us as well. At the end of our trip together he said to feel free for my husband and I to reach out to him if we needed anything or had any other questions/needed recommendations etc. Bryce is a real gem!! This hike was absolutely beautiful!!!

Our guide Lauren was an absolute rock star! Fun; knowledgeable and great with the GoPro. The experience and photos/videos make this excursion a real value. The hiking was not easy, but achievable challenges for two middle-aged sisters! A must do if you are on Maui. Thank you visitor and Maui Epic Hikes!

(Almost) secret waterfall hike with swimming and jumping

We enjoyed seeing 2 beautiful waterfalls with the guide and one other couple. Our guide, Bryce, was very patient with our slow hiking pace and we did not feel rushed in any way. The whole area is not commercialized in any way and had the feeling of a secret place that few people know about.

We’re a family group ranging in age from 78 to 10. This is at least a moderate to sometimes difficult hike, but we all made it thanks to our wonderful guide, Caitlin. The scenery is spectacular. Due to difficult weather conditions we delayed our hike by a week. We really appreciated the communications from our guide who made the recommendation to wait and rebooked us with no problems. The experience was certainly worth the wait. We highly recommend this excursion, although it is not for most 78 year olds!

Not Worth the Money

The sightseeing and waterfalls was great but our guide did not use go pro photo or video. The pictures he did take with his phone were all blurry so we can’t even print them. Had I known we would have such poor quality pictures, I would have taken more with my phone. This is not worth the money.
