Hit the road on an off-road vehicle during this rugged UTV tour of Lahaina. Ideal for families or groups of friends, four-seater vehicles allow you to take the wheel or simply be a passenger. Choose from two itinerary options, the beachside East Side trail or the West Side Adventure, which includes a ride through Pu'u Kukui Watershed Preserve.

    Use the 4900 RT-30 address from there go up to the intersection at Napilihau street make a right turn then make your first right and we are just past the farmers market on the right inside the chain link fence area. Please arrive 30 min before your tour time.

  • Most travelers can participate
  • All drivers MUST be at least 18 years of age to operate machines and MUST provide a valid Driver’s License.
  • Child must be 7 or older to be a passenger. Please select the option for Driver + Child Passenger. Up to two children can ride with one driver.
  • Each Adult driver and all passengers (Adults & Children) are required to have their own ticket.
  • Covered closed toe footwear is REQUIRED for all tours.
  • Guests may get dusty or muddy depending on weather conditions. We recommend guests wear dark clothing or clothing they don’t mind getting stained. Clothing (top and bottom) is required to participate in tour.
  • Safety Helmets and Goggles are provided by Maui Off Road Adventures and are required for all guests to wear.
  • No recent surgeries, neck/back/knee problems, pregnant women, or any serious health conditions allowed on tours.
  • Drivers MUST be over 25 to drive minors under 18.
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 15 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

This was an incredible trip, the guides were excellent at making sure everyone was safe and no one was left behind. They also had interesting history about the islands that they shared with us. The views were unparalleled, overall an incredible trip.

Fun times for All!!

We loved it. Never drove/rode in a ATV before and this was a very enjoyable tour. Especially considering we are older & not as physically active as we once wore. Do worn you will get dirty so be prepared. Highly recommend wearing a bandana to cover nose/mouth so you can still breathe comfortably but not suck in all the dirt/dust. Also love the fact they are helping give back to the land by planting trees that we got to take part in. Would highly recommend this tour!! And they & Maui need you more now then ever. We were there in June 6 weeks before the fires. Our heart breaks for them & all our the locals that were affected by this horrible event!!! Prayers & Much Love from The Roberts from Reading,

Amazing experience! We planted a tree once we got up the mountain made it more memorable because now we want to come back in a few years to see our tree . The guides were polite and curious yet funny and told us exactly what to expect . It was a 2 hour adventure and we wanted more ! Lol 😆 Mahalo

Excellent trail ride and tour. Recommend! Friendly and very informative. The side by sides are can am, easy to drive. You will get very dirty so be prepared, also bring water or watered bottle!

We had so much fun doing this tour! Touring around a private plantation, hearing the backstory of how trees and pineapples planted and grown all while enjoying the spectacular views the island of Maui has to offer! We will definitely return!

This was an accidental find when booking excursions on Maui, but man I’m glad we found it. The staff was both courteous, fun, and informative! The ride was beautiful and exciting! You do get dirty, but it is so worth it! Plus, we were impressed with their reforestation project and commitment to the island!

This experience was awesome! My girls were feeling a little sick from all the dust so Trevor, our guide, let them ride in front with him so there was no dust. An all great group of guys running this tour.

Had fun in the rain and mud. Two hours seems much longer when you are driving through the curvy mountain trails. The staff was great and knowlegable. I could have used a clean wash cloth to wipe my goggles about half way through the ride but that didn't distract from the fun.

It was a wonderful experience to be able to look at the turtles in the background and at the water level, my family and I really enjoyed this trip, Jacob the instructor is an excellent person and very trained in addition to the great experience and patience he has for the guests; highly recommended
