Right from the start the Captain and crew were so welcoming. The views of the water and mountains were like a painting. The drinks never stop once we left the harbor. And the Food was exceptional for this type of trip. The entertainment was fabulous. We absolutely loved the time we spent on this cruise. Can't wait to come back in the future and do it again.

everyone worked so hard, the same people serve, perform, and a lot more. the view was amazing. i would definitely say this is more for couple and not small children.

The sunset cruise was excellent! The captain and crew were very friendly and kind. The atmosphere was light and warm. The food was excellent, we especially loved the coconut sweet potatoes. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We loved the hula dancers and the live music performances. I highly recommend the Pride of Maui dinner cruise. Definitely one of the highlights of our Maui vacation

The only thing good about the experience was the food. Brought our granddaughter to Hawaii and thought this would be a different experience but the advertising is false there is no luau. Defiantly not worth the money. The sunset was beautiful, but we could have seen that anywhere for free.

The land-based resort style Luau's have their place, and is what some folks should stick to, particularly if blue drinks with umbrellas and young men and women dancing on a loud stage is what you are looking for. Our approach is for you to experience the local culture in a much more intimate and meaningful way. Fortunately, 99% of our guests truly appreciate the experience.

Aloha, it is unfortunate that you were misinformed by the person who sold you the tour. We most certainly would have accommodated you were it safe to do so. I’m not sure why you were misinformed, since Viator has been selling our tour for many years, and this is the first time a guest like yourself has showed up at the boat expecting our vessel to be equipped with facilities to accommodate wheelchair accessibility. Your safety is our number one priority and there was no way for us to safely get you on and off the vessel. We are sorry for your disappointment and have followed up with Viator to remind them that the harbor facility we operate from is not equipped to accommodate wheelchairs.

We had to absolute best time on the Pride of Maui dinner cruise! The entire staff was so friendly and kind, the luau was fantastic and the food was phenomenal! We has so much fun that we are definitely adding this to our must do again list if we are ever back in Maui. A 5-star experience for sure and we highly recommend this cruise!

We opted for this instead of a Luau, and we are so happy we did! It was such a lovely experience. Everything from the staff, to the the food and the show and of course the subset, were wonderful! Everyone was super friendly and truly looked like they enjoyed doing what they were doing. Kemo was great on the Ukulele and his wife was beautiful doing the hula. Would definitely do this again!
