Overview

Hawaii’s Molokini Crater, which lies off the coast of Maui, is home to hundreds of aquatic species and is an ideal place to snorkel. Enjoy a short cruise from Kihei to the crater and then don your snorkel gear to begin exploring the volcanic atoll. Spend a good amount of time snorkeling and keep your eyes peeled for sea turtles, reef sharks, rays, moray eels, and several fish species.

      Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure and wait under the trees at the picnic tables near the boat launching area for your captain to check you in. Our Boat is called "The Getaway" will be returning from an early morning trip.

    Great snorkeling adventure at Molikini. The crew was fantastic, informative and very conscientious of all the passengers and their ability levels. Would certainly do this trip again when back in Maui.

    Magical boat ride from Lahaina to Lanai. Saw dolphins who played and swam alongside the boat gave us a great show. Saw colorful marine life in a scenic protected cove with calm blue waters next to reddish black rock cliff walls. Amazing hospitality from a very caring and helpful boat staff. Will definitely return.

    Luckily we also saw the whales. Staff was very kind and fun. Fishes in molokini were ok not exceptional as you could see in Egypt or Mexico or Maldives

    This is the if you just want to experience beautiful clear Molokini waters and the tropical fish. You can experience plenty of turtles snorkeling off the beach near turtle town. Loved it!

    Very dissapointed to say the least. The area they take you to ( far away feom the crater) has barely any fish to see. You can see the same fish off the shore. Maybe a good trip for beginners. Son’t waste your money.

    Boat captain was rude. He said inexperienced swimmers and snorkelers would not be allowed to get in the water. That restriction is not discussed before setting out for Molokini. Disappointed.
