Take this scenic drive through Tukituki Valley which will take you to the peak of Te Mata by stylin Supertrike. This is a small group tour, so you’ll keep costs down by sharing your ride. But since there are only 4 to a group, you’ll still have an intimate experience. You’ll ride through Napier, along the coast, and end up with some gorgeous views and a drink at the peak.

We are not able to enter Napier port to collect cruise passengers.
Napier operates free shuttles from the ship to the city
Cruise tours depart from National Aquarium which is the second shuttle stop.
This is not a full commentary tour, due to the nature of the trike there is no commentary while we are travelling.
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 4 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Super day on Supertrike!!!

What a fun tour we had with Phil! It was a long tour so we feel we really got our money’s worth….main roads, back roads, windy roads up to Te Mata and then spectacular views. What a novel way to tour the countryside and see the sights. We’d do this again or recommend this tour to anyone in a heartbeat!!!

Fantastic experience

This is such a fantastic experience. A fabulous way to see the beautiful scenery. Phil arrived on time at the indicated pick up point. He explained a little about the bike and what to expect. The bike felt safe and was extremely comfortable. He advised us to wear sunglasses and a mask which was great advice. Also wear something warm it did get a little chilly. When we got to the top of the peak Phil told us some interesting facts about Napier and about the area itself. In fact he answered all our questions. Super nice guy, great tour and such a cool thing to do. You certainly get some attention as you ride through the streets. Would we do it again, absolutely 💯

What a wonderful 2hrs we had, with the roar of the engine, the wind in our hair, and the utter experience of being on such a massively powerful machine. Excitement, experience and breathtaking scenery. If you truly want to experience the beyond the town of Napier, this is it. We felt safe in the very capable hands of Phil, and his commentary was informative. Phil had an easy way about him and truly loves what he does. Punctual, and courteous. What an office he has! We loved every minute. You are purchasing something unique.

A really good trip to see Te Mata peak rather than driving or walking up. Bob our driver was a great guy and full of knowledge about the area. He picked us up dead on time and made the trip an enjoyable one. The views from the top were awe inspiring. We both enjoyed the trike experience feeling the wind in your hair and the rain for about 5 minutes, on our faces🤣🤣 soon got dry though.

Bob was a wonderful driver/guide. Very knowledgeable and very accommodating. The ride through the Tukutuku Gorge was great and the views from Te Mata Peak were just stunning, even though the wind was blowing more fiercly than Bob had experienced for a long time. A truly wonderful adventure. We had never been to Te Mata Peak or to the Tuki Tuki Valley.. both were superb. Bob is a great person, friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be booking the Supertrike tours again.
