Pick up from select hotels/Airbnb's and two campgrounds within the City Limits of Page, Arizona, 15-20 minutes before your tour. Our first stop is the Lower Antelope Canyon. – Lower Antelope Canyon is a MODERATE tour for guest. You will hike 1.1 miles from start to finish (1770.27 meters). Upon entering the Canyon, you will descend 74 steps to the bottom of the Canyon. once at the bottom you will hike at a gradual incline towards the exit along with ladders and small stairs into each chamber of the Canyon. You may google LOWER ANTELOPE STAIRS & LADDERS, and you will have a visual of the steps and ladders (5 ladders & 2 small stairs toward the exit). The tour guides will give you photo tips and information of the Slot Canyons. As well as cultural information of the Dineh. After the Lower Antelope Canyon we will stop at a picnic area where you may use the restroom. Additional food and drinks may be purchased at this location. The second portion of the tour will be at the Horseshoe Bend Overlook. The Horseshoe Bend is all flat smooth surfaced path. You will hike less than a half mile to the picturesque Overlook (1.5 miles/1770meters roundtrip). Lastly, after your tour is completed, we will drop you off back at your hotel/Airbnb location. Pick up starts 15-20 minutes before your tour time. We do multiple pick ups, so please patiently wait in the lobby and we will get to you. Dineh Tours observes Mountain Standard Time (MST)/Arizona Standard Time (AZST). We share the same time as the City of Page, Sedona, Flagstaff, Grand Canyon, Phoenix, and Las Vegas. Guest will experience a 1-hour time change after leaving Flagstaff and Grand Canyon, as they drive through the Navajo Nation. The same for guest traveling from Las Vegas, parts of Utah State will be 1-hour ahead. This time change is noted in all your electronic devices, we suggest to manually set your time zone to Phoenix global time to avoid dealing with the time changes.

We may suggest visiting the Canyons in the off-season and not during the busy season of the summer to avoid crowds. This is a must do tour while in the area! Unfortunately my husband and I couldn't complete the whole tour due to over-booking on my end (I didn't realize the time changes in different parts of the state) so Kita arranged a driver to take us back to the hotel after the canyon portion of the tour. She was amazing and we are very grateful to the company for going out of their way to ensure we didn't miss our other tour!

Our reservations with Viator were messed up due to problems with computer communications . Did not receive confirmation until the 26th and discovered it was for the wrong date. Called both Viator and Dinah Tours requesting to reschedule to the desired date. To date no response on rescheduling the tour.
Disappointed with Customer Service.
Don't know if we would have enjoyed the tour or not.

We do realize booking mistakes happen. Guests do not select the correct dates nor confirm dates once booking is completed. We honestly understand this travel mistake, it happens to the best of travel planners. But when you decide not to answer prior phone calls or return emails to confirm your tour. Then wait till the day of your scheduled tour when our tour directors are waiting in your hotel lobby to collect you. Not much can be done to accommodate your now active reservation. Both Dineh Tours and Viator have a cancellation policy set in place, and to which it states, “All No Shows are Non-Refundable”. You did book this reservation through Viator and were instructed to discuss this with their customer care service. To see if you could reschedule your reservation, since it was Viators’ error in not booking the incorrect dates for you and not Dineh Tours. We did not collect payment for your tour but still must pay for the empty seats to our affiliates as Lower & Upper Antelope Canyon PRIME TIME tickets are expensive and non-refundable to us. For future travel plans we strongly suggest double-checking your online bookings and confirmations and to return tour operators’ phone calls to avoid this catastrophe. Everything was perfect and I had one of the coolest experiences while walking through the canyons. Good Package and if you want to enjoy Antelope Canyon tour then this package is perfect. Both Driver(Colton) and Guide(Stacy) were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Colton was very kind and he was politely answering all of our questions.He took very good care of us throughout the trip.Stacy our tour guide she was very helpful and always making sure we are enjoying and getting enough time to take pictures. She was very kind to take some good family pictures.

Great tour of Antelope canyon and Horseshoe bend

Had a great experience with Markita our guide. She told us about the way of life of the native Americans and showed us a site which was something extra on the tour. She looked after us and was very informative. We were picked up at our hotel on time and returned safely after a great tour of Antelope canyon and the Horseshoe.

Amazing tour and experience!!!

Amazing tour much more than we expected. The colors and rock formations on the lower canyon tour were unbelievable. Our tour guide explained how the canyon was formedl and helped us take the perfect pictures. For the second part of our tour, Horseshoe Bend, our driver was also our tour guide. He took time to explain and tell stories about most of the plant life on the trail to our destination. Both of our guides enjoyed and took pride in telling us stories about their families and the Navajo Nation. We will be telling our friends and family about this day for a long time. It was much more than sights and pictures, it was truly a personal experience.
