The most memorable part was the hospitality of the tour guides. The view of the canyon itself was fascinating especially the part that was shaped like a seahorse.

    Almost died and no refund

We were excited for this experience. But once we got there, we received multiple flash flood warnings on our cell phones and we experienced consistent thunderstorms about a mile away. When we asked the tour guide whether it was safe and if the there was still a tour, they said that it was normal and the tour will proceed. We trusted our guides despite our better judgment. Once we began to transcend into the canyon it began to heavily rain. About 10-15 minutes into the tour, we were in about 6 inches of water and had to immediately evacuate the canyon. I am so happy we got out of the canyon safely. The tour guides were nice, but the experience was truly traumatizing. We were also instructed that our tour would be completely refunded, but I have not received it yet.

Thanks for your feedback. We have checked your order records and you went on the 4pm tour. Unfortunately, the 4pm tour time on September 2nd is not eligible for the refund due to them departing for tour and being in the Canyon. Only our 4:30pm and 5pm tour times were cancelled and refunded.

Enjoyed God's awesome creation! Breathless, pictures taken can't capture the true beauty of the nature seen!
    Beautiful experience
    Brook_M, Sept 2023
Our guide was very informative and helpful. He made sure everyone got photos using their phone cameras. Although the tour advertised to only have 10-12 people in your tour group, they have the groups all lined up to depart at the same time. However, it does get backed up with so many groups going at the same time.
    We were not the first

I felt privileged to experience such a sacred space. The canyon makes you realize that the history of this land must be taught and respected. Thank you.
    Ben Rocks!
    Anthony_C, Aug 2023
This should be called Ben’s Tours, not Ken’s Tours, because Ben rocks! He stopped and allowed for pictures and pointed out many features of the canyons. He was very knowledgeable about the history of the canyon and made the whole experience very enjoyable. Go Huskies!

Antelope canyons are a sight to see. As beautiful as pictures are, being there is another experience. Our tour guide Colby was awesome. He took pictures for us and made the tour fun and interesting by telling us stories and talking to us about the Navajo lands. Try to be on his group if you can!
    An awesome experience

    Must See !
    Herbert_G, Aug 2023
Absolutely stunning to see the beautiful caverns that God created. The tour guide did a great job including taking pictures of the group when asked. My only suggestion is to keep the store open for 15 minutes after the last tour group has completed their tour. We had the 4:30 tour...finished at 5:30, We would have spent some time in the store if permitted and likely made purchases.

We took our grandkids to Antelope Canyon so they could have the chance to experience it at least once in their lifetime- our guide Jose was great.
    Daysi_A, Jul 2023
Terrible service and worst organization. Do your-self a favor and just book with Dixie’s. Ken’s tour They “forgot” to schedule a tour and played catch up the rest of the day pushing ppl out of their current reservations to fill people on waitlists for that missed tour. Our tour was at 2pm and they made us wait there till 4pm in extreme heat because they couldn’t fit us into the tour. They were unorganized and quite rude. Just BOOK DIXIES
    Response from Host, Jul 2023
Dear Daysi, Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry for what you experienced. As per our ticket booth staff report, you were late for the 2:00pm tour. As per the product policy, it would be regarded as no show and no cancellation/refunds should be given. However, the ticket staff tried their best to squeeze your group to the next available time during the peak holiday. And for the tour it requires 30 minutes ahead check in. This notice is stated online and also we sent reminders to every guest before their tour. Thanks for your understanding.
