The bus never showed up and no notice. King Charles was in town so we assume that is reason tour didn’t take place but notification would have been nice.

This was nice to sit for a while. We only rode it for a bit~ line was kinda long but they do have several buses. We ended up walking most of the sights once we got to stop 1 from Eiffel Tower. Bus was clean and comfy, we sat on the top deck & vireos were nice. They give you headphones to plug in to wall unit for translation of commentary to multiple different languages. It was nice to hear about the stuff as we were passing by.

It was not a good experience. Very crowded and wait times were long. Once on the bus it took forever to get from one stop to the other. We never found our river cruise. I would not recommend this tour. Terribly disappointing.

I had booked this quite a while ago and understood from the info provided at booking that I would get more information prior to actually doing the tour. I contacted the number provided and was asked a series of questions which I answered but I was not given a meet point in time, just told it was around Le Louvre somewhere. We wandered around the museum for over an hour before finally finding the ticket office. There wasn’t enough time to go up the Eiffel Tower. Disappointing and frustrating therefore would not recommend. There are other bus tours that seem better organized.

I’m happy that the tour bus is available and it is convenient to see Paris. We were on a bus that half of the seats' audio system didn’t work, and the driver was rude from the start when we were addressing our concerns. We are happy the bus was charged, and we moved to a different bus for the remaining stops.

Best way to see all the landmarks at a great price and time saving. Friendly staff and on time buses every 5 minutes we rarely had to wait long for a bus to arrive. Also the add ons are great bought the entrance to the Arc de Triumph and skipped the long line at the place.

Others have written that buses sometimes are over an hour late. They need to read the schedules better. Big Bus was on time nearly the entire route even with all of the traffic congestion. It is a great way to see all of the main highlights of Paris especially from the top deck of the bus. You do need to get on early to get a prime seat. It is definitely worth riding the entire route first before deciding where to exit and explore further.

The utter disasters of getting my excursions since Viator does not represent itself at destinations. That paid in advance vouchers were refused. That tour guide at Roman forum and coleseum lost us and we were not allowed our lower level colleseum tour.. That this small size tour (approx 28 adults). Nothing good to say about this joke of a tour company.

I tried to use the ticket for the extra price paid for Arch of Triumph and was rejected after waiting in line and told to go back to Big Bus driver, who knew nothing. I spent metro ticket to go to main office which was closed and no one helped me. I am so disappointed that I wasted my time and will request a refund if this can’t be corrected. I don’t trust the River cruise ticket either. Bad experience overall.

The Big Bus company office in Paris are so rude! I had my voucher from a text that I had just received and they accused me of altering it! They were unfriendly and dismissive while trying to work out the problem. Ended up finding my reservations which had not been altered or changed but the staff need to be fired for unprofessional attitudes for this company.

The drivers of two of three busses we used were miserable. The headphones with the guide on kept cutting out and the bus had a jagged metal strip which ripped my clothes! Not happy. We did get to see the bulk of the sites but considering I have to buy a new top not worth the money!
