This tour doesn’t include skipping the line. Your guide will purchase the tickets for you after you arrive. The wait time to purchase tickets can be up to two hours or more, but rest assured that your guide will keep you entertained and provide insightful information about the Eiffel Tower while you wait in line together.
If you choose the option for the 7-hour Full Day tour, you will have a guided tour to the summit by elevator, a narrated bus ride to Notre Dame (which includes a 24-hour ticket that you can continue to use after the tour), a guided tour of the exterior of Notre Dame, entry to the Archeological Crypt, and a guided tour of the Latin Quarter ending in the Luxembourg Gardens. There will be a break for lunch (lunch is not included but your guide can show you where to buy food).

Per Eiffel Tower rules, if you upgrade your tour to see the summit, you’ll need to visit the summit right after the guided tour ends. Afterward, feel free to explore the other two floors on your way down. The first level of the Eiffel Tower has more exhibits, a glass floor, and occasional pop-ups.
Summit access included only if chosen at checkout. If the summit closes at discretion of Eiffel staff at the time you receive your tickets, you will receive a partial refund for the summit portion of the ticket.
Seine river cruise tickets included ONLY IF Cruise option chosen at checkout. Tickets are valid for a year and can be used at any time following your Eiffel Tower tour. You MUST arrive on time for your tour in order to receive your boat tickets as they are distributed during check in.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

It’s always best to prebook any attraction you don’t want to miss or queue up for hours, however in this case we were starting our tour very early in the morning so the queue wasn’t that long anyway.

There are restrooms on the second level as well as places to eat and a gift shop.

You could definitely see the Eiffel Tower without a guide, but if you don't want to wait in long lines, this is the way to go.

We had an absolutely awesome time at the Eiffel Tower. Masha was a wonderful tour guide. The tour ran smoothly from beginning to end, and the communication prior to the activity was great as well. We opted to add the summit climb, and we were glad we did. The views from the summit are spectacular. It was rainy during our tour, but we still had a terrific time- can’t recommend this enough.

Unnecessary and overpriced for no reason

While the tour guide was good, there is simply no need to buy ANY Eiffel Tower ticket from Viator because there is simply no benefit. One would expect that paying a premium to a tour company would mean that they have a skip the line option. But no, I literally spend 3 times the standard price and stood in the SAME line that others who bought in the counter purchased, waiting the SAME 1.5 hours. I felt like an idiot having done this, please don’t fall for this yourselves. Go and buy the ticket in the counter, you will save money.
