    This was a failure. We were unable to access our tickets off ANY of the many messages you sent us. We did see a form of voucher but it lacked the needed QR code and stated atop "This NOT your ticket". We had to buy our own Tix and Musee' was very sympathetic stating " we have frequent issues with Viator ". I think a full refund is the only fair conclusion.

    I never received my passes. I tried multiple times to contact the local phone number and the automated system would just hang up. After buying new tickets, I asked for a refund from Viator. They said they'd provide one, but they haven't confirmed my refund yet, after 2 days.
    D'Orsay Museum is a must...

    D'Orsay Museum is a must see. Unfortunately you need to pick a time slot to visit which is different than the last time I visited Paris. We went an hour earlier than our time slot and did not have any problems. Would recommend.

    Super easy to get into the museum with a dedicated fast track lane. Not sure I would care as much in a different season, but with the weather so hot right now… it’s nice to keep the energy bank full for all the walking around the museum

    Priority admission worked, I was able to get a same-day ticket for 2 PM. Instead of waiting in the long line at C, I went around the corner to line A and got right in with my priority ticket (prepaid at & time is priority). It’s a great museum but if you want to see the Impressionists go straight up to the fifth floor and start with Van Gogh and work back and down.
    Certainly a worthwhile experience for anyone visiting Paris.

    Viewing of the clocks, and seeing The Starry Night. But there is so much art to see. Also enjoyed the cantina on the 5th floor.

    The restaurant in the d’Orsay Museum is a must do. Room is from a time when dining was an artful experience fit for royalty.

    Very nice museum, managed very well. I was expecting bigger things, so maybe my expectations were too high. If u like impressionist painting and Victorian pieces, u will love it.

    The museum is amazing. The artwork is awe inspiring & the restaurants are good. My problem is with Viator. The ticket was hard to redeem. I’m lucky one of the ticket takers new how to find the link but it took a long time and felt like I was looking for a hidden treasure.

    Well worth paying for the priority admission, especially with teenagers. We went straight in at our allotted time and had a fabulous day seeing everything. This is a really great museum to see and in some ways more enjoyable than the Louvre.

    Too much to see in a two hour visit. Every time we made our way to the exit we spotted something more we had to see. A truly great museum.

    Skip the line feature was amazing. It made entering the museum so much easier and faster. The museum itself was amazing! Well worth the trip.
    Trusted provider for a rich experience at Musee D’Orsy

    The ticket allowed us to jump the queue . We were allowed in 30 minutes before official opening. On that basis alone, we highly regarded this service, as promised the provider sent us a link 24 hours prior with easy instructions to follow if we experienced difficulties. In our case we did and the provider immediately responded to our email with the electronic ticket attached. So my take is that you can trust this provider and dodging the queue and getting to Musee D’Orcy early is highly recommended.
    Freat experience and we are glad we saw the museum while we were in Paris.

    We could not access our tickets! The link provided DID NOT work! We stood there for over an hour waiting to talk with multiple people in your help center. The link NEVER worked! Finally someone sent the entry bar codes to my daughters email. I always try to print a backup but since they are not available until 24 hours prior to entry.. we did not have access to a printer for a backup ! This was clearly a technology issue with your company. I will think twice about using you again for any future travel.
