Even with the purchase a slip the line ticket, the line was still long (an hour). Place of meeting wasn’t clear, I had to ask the person in the colloseum who directed me to the specific location. Guide was friendly but hard to understand. I texted and called to find the exact meeting place but no one answered. So communication wasn’t good. There’s lots n lots of people in the tour and they didn’t start on time.

Not a FAST TRACK tour

They call this tour FAST TRACK it’s a real joke. It took over 1 hour to get in. You are better on your own. It does not speed the process.

Great tour and great way to skip the line! Finding the tour was a bit confusing but it was very organized, the group we were in was maybe 15 people and our tour guide Alessandra was the best! She was so nice and knowledgeable, and it was so sweet how she included kids on the tour and checked up on everyone. I’d recommend this tour for sure!

This company was very punctual and organized. Our guide, Alessandra, was simply fantastic. There were four children in the group who ran out of steam after about 30 minutes, two of which were mine. She brilliantly engaged them and reeled them back in to keep them going and finish the tour. It’s probably not possible, but I would request her if you can. I would go with her for any tour - she will make a difference in your experience!
