Great skip the line tour

Great informative tour guide. Skip the line is definitely the way to go! Meet up point was easy to find. Would be nice though to be placed by age group or physical ability so everyone is on the same page

Juliana was an amazing tour guide. She was funny, knowledgeable and made the tour a wonderful experience for all of us. Even though we walked around a lot and it was hot she gave us breaks in the shade and made the visit an unforgettable one. Would definitely recommend this tour to everyone who wants to learn more about Rome; The Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. Such a great day.

Our guide was great, although the speaker system was sometimes hard to hear, lots of static. But we got to see everything as described. Meeting place was very easy to find, and we really appreciated the skip-the-line access.

Excellent tour of the Colosseum

Once again, we had a knowledgeable guide who showed us all the main points of interest. She also fully answered any questions that people in our group had. It was very crowded, as you would expect in summer holiday time, but the guide kept the group together, found us shade to stand in and gave us adequate time to see everything.

Exceeded expectations

Selene was our tour guide and she was fantastic! She has a PhD in Archaeology and has completed many excavations at the site. I appreciated the depth of her knowledge as well as her detailed explanations. Her tour and qualifications far surpassed our expectations. Visitors should know that it does get quite hot in Rome during the summer, so be sure to bring a hat, sunscreen, umbrella, and water bottles (they have many refilling stations at the site).

terrible service

We were 10 people, booked the tour at 9am Before our arrival, we were informed that the meeting point was going to change to another place (that's call it B), we confirmed. That day we went to the meeting point B at 08:50, after handed the voucher to the staff, we were told to wait. 15 mins later. They asked us to go back to the original meeting point, which took us another 10 mins walking. but by the time we backed to the original meeting point, the guide said we were late and didn't allow us to join the group. Even though we showed them the screen shot of they messaged us the issue of changing meeting point.They still didn't really care about the fact that was completely their mistake, neither they let us join the tour, netiher they show any intention of giving back the payment. In the end, we were force to purchase tickets on site. Totally not recommended this group.

Out tour guide Giulia was excellent. There is definitely a lot of walking and very crowed. I recommend booking an early morning tour. Although mine was at 9am, It was very hot, but made it. Glad o went.

Well organized, well paced, quick entry. Without the guide we would just have been looking at a bunch of old stones. Very informative and enjoyable tour! Our group had 10 people. Going alone you will be lost in a jungle of lines and confusing entry points so this really saves you time.

Our tour guide Paolo was fantastic. He was so passionate about storytelling and making the sites come alive for our group. He did interactive demonstrations and reenactments that drew in people passing by. He took the time to get to know us individually and make the experience special. I've done a similar tour and this was a major step up. Memorable and fun. Must try!

We loved our guided tour with Susanna. She was engaging, knowledgeable and funny. She kept the tour group interested. The amount of information she knew about the Colosseum, Palatine Hill and Forum was incredible! The tour started on time and ended when scheduled, although she offered to stay to answer more questions. We asked a lot of questions during the tour which she was happy to answer. I recommend a hat or small umbrella to control sun exposure. We would definitely recommend this tour and especially Susanna.

Hard to understand guide

Our guide was challenging to understand. She said dates like 8017. The colosseum is beautiful but i would not recommend our guide
