The remaining amount is voluntary and includes services provided by skilled licensed guides, headsets, booking fees, and other tour amenities. Our goal is to provide transparency and ensure your understanding of the cost breakdown, allowing you to fully recognize the value of our guided experience.

ID may be required for entrance (especially for guests under the age of 18). Guests who show up without ID cannot be guaranteed entrance.
It is forbidden to bring inside the Colosseum: glass, sharped objects, alcohol, spray
Comfortable shoes are recommended
In July and August due to the heat the duration of the visit is 2 hours and a half
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 30 travelers

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Loved the coliseum! but wish our guide took us to the 2nd level as opposed to telling us to self guide the area on our own!! But more importantly, we had extreme difficulty (even our Millennials) , and even in our small group of 12, understanding Guila's accented English which she spoke way too way fast sprinkled with Italian.

The content of the tour was very informative; however, our guide, Matieo walked very fast and was very opinionated. He gave much more information than was necessary and therefore the tour took much longer than anticipated, especially on a hot and crowded day.

We found that it was difficult to understand the guide more than we hoped and he went so fast through things that we were not really able to really take in what we were there to see. Because there are other crowds it wasn’t always easy to keep up with him. He would quickly say what something was but by the time you’d get there to see it he had moved on. We just wanted to be able to really take in what we were seeing but it was impossible when going through it too fast.

This was an excellent tour because of the skills of the guide Catalina. She was so knowledgeable about every aspect of the tour and she was so patient to questions and she answered each and everyone in detail and thoroughly and she spoke excellent English and may the entire trip worthwhile.
