  • 1. Customer under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult. In consideration of the guest safety, pregnant women are only allowed to join the tour if pregnant for 24 weeks or less by the end of the trip.
  • 2. Please be sure to provide accurate and complete information upon booking. This includes name, gender, valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone), accurate tour location, etc., This helps to avoid any errors upon the reservation because errors affect travel. Any losses due to inaccurate or invalid information will be at your own cost and the company will not be held responsible.
  • 3. Any guests that have already purchased their own tickets or have a city PASS will not be able to use it on the tour. Please understand that you must purchase the admission tickets through our company in order to participate. For the optional admission tickets, you will reserve it from the tour guide directly. The tour guide will make this arrangement for you. As a tour group, it is highly suggested to make a reservation together rather than individually in order to get into an attraction. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you again for choosing to tour with us! 
  • 4. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the tour sequence, stay time or assembly time of scenic spots according to the weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
  • 5. If the scenic spots are temporarily closed or closed on a particular holiday, etc., the tour guide will adjust the appearance according to the actual situation or replace the location with another scenic spot to ensure the richness of the itinerary. The opening hours and capacity limits of certain attractions and national parks will be subject to change from time to time due to the COVID-19 pandemic. When the operating hours and capacity restrictions have an impact on the itinerary, it shall be regarded as force majeure. Thank you for your understanding.
  • 6. Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday provide the rental service for $10.00/person/day. Please make a request when booking the itinerary so that we may have the booster seat ready in advance. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee can be refunded to the guest.
  • 7. Normal health conditions are required to participate and enjoy our full itineraries. Contact us for specific policies or information regarding passengers with disabilities who do need to provide advance notification to make a reservation. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday do not guarantee a wheelchair lift-equipped bus and/or seating availability to disabled passengers without prior notification and approval.
  • 8. We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on the website. It is your responsibility to check it on the website regularly and prior to making a reservation. Unless specifically stated otherwise herein or required by law, JUPITER LEGEND Corporation shall not be liable for any consequential, compensatory, indirect, incidental or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions.
  • 9. Gift items in the itinerary that cannot be given away due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather conditions or personal reasons may be subject to change. Please understand that the fees will not be refunded.
  • Along the way of Wonderland Trail, we will arrange parking for 1-2 attractions according to the actual situation: Narada Falls, Paradise Visitor Center.
  • In the case of heavy snowfall during the winter season, the schedule of going uphill at Mount Rainier National Park may be halted. We will instead enjoy the breathtaking views at the foot of the mountain instead.
  • If the national park is closed, the itinerary will be changed from Mount. Rainer National Park to the Museum of Flight with our special offer of free tickets to our guests.
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 55 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Not worth the money

The tour was supposed to be with a English speaker. Our guide was NOT fluent in English. She didn’t give us any history about the area or what we were seeing. The vehicle had no AC, or if it did they didn’t turn it on. Would not recommend this tour.

Amazing Day with Convenient Airport Drop-Off

I selected this tour over other Mt. Rainier tours because it had convenient pick up locations, a drop off at the airport and they were able to accommodate my luggage. The tour included a quick stop at a grocery store that had lots of grab-and-go food and beverage options. Our tour guide Joe did a good job of explaining our stops and keeping people on track throughout the day. We had 4 stops in the park. The first was a half hour at a museum, but I walked around the area instead getting pictures. The second was a quick pull off at a scenic overlook for pictures. Our third stop was at beautiful waterfall that was just a short but hilly walk down a trail to see. Joe provided pictures for those who weren't comfortable walking down the trail. Our final stop was at the main visitor center which has food options, a gift shop and is the starting point of many trails. We had 2 hours at this stop so I was able to get pretty high up in the glaciers on the trails before having to turn around and head back. Only hang up was an air conditioning line that was dripping on a couple of the passengers but the driver was able to get it fixed during our last 2-hour break. I highly recommend this tour, it's a smoothly run operation in a gorgeous location.

Husband and I took the tour. Yea, we probably could have done it ourselves but it was extremely nice not to stress parking and navigating without GPS. Able to sit back and relax!

It was a horrible trip! Me and the other passengers were scared a couple of them because of the bad driving of your “tour guide”. She was not a tour guide and an even worse driver. She used a printed presentation to tell us something about the National park. We were not able to understand here English (she was not a native speaker) and she focused so much on here script that she forgot to look at the road. Im gonna send an email to the company and I want my money back for the trip!!!

First let me emphasize that the view is a MUST see. The reason for the one star is the tour guide. He had a two part name the first half was Sue. As soon as we met with him at the pick up point we let him know we had tickets for a train. We should have been back with an hour to spare. The drop off was within walking distance. We even called Viator twice to confirm we’d have enough time. Which they too confirmed we’d have enough time to make our train. The tour guide said “no, you’ll not make your train.” We considered no even leaving the parking lot for the excursion. We frantically searched for an alternate way to get to our destination. We ended up buying bus tickets to accommodate for what he said would get us back at 6:15pm because he’s decided to add important stops that weren’t advertised on Viator. Later he said it looks like we’re not going to get back until 6:30pm. Then announced on the intercom to the group that the tour should be over, but he’s adding stops that he felt we needed to see. This was at 2:40pm. Had we left at that time we would have a two hour ride back resulting in us not missing our train. Never did we know that there’d be an additional 45 minutes or so since he had 5 pick up points and we were the first to be picked up and the last to be picked up. I didn’t even get out to see these additional stops as I was to stressed out at this point because now we might even miss our bus ride we bought. I expressed my concern about this. He said at this point we might not arrive until 6:45pm. I started mapping our destination for the drop off. Wondering if I should buy another set of tickets for a later bus. The tour guide said he’ll switch the last two drop offs to help save us 10 minutes. Which this may not make a difference at this point. The other couple also was late to a meeting expressing their concerns. Luckily our bus was delayed allowing us to make it. It was very difficult to enjoy the trip and the sights to be honest. I took a vacation to relax and unwind. Wanted to get some fresh air and hear some nature. Instead we were concerned the entire trip. The guide was not informative about the tour to boot. WHO’s we had a different tour guide.

Nice, no-frills day tour

Good tour if you're not expecting anything fancy (and for this price, you shouldn't expect anything fancy). Like some of the other reviews have said, they don't tell you about the history of the land you're on. You're basically paying to be chauffeured to and from various sightseeing locations in the park, which was exactly what I was looking for.  Other reviews have mentioned that their tour guides didn't speak much English, but ours was more fluent in English than Chinese. If you're monolingual and have scheduling flexibility, it might be worth it to contact the company to check which tour guide will be guiding you. Our tour guide/driver, Russel, was excellent. I have mild car anxiety but felt completely safe in his van despite the thick fog. The weather on the day of our trip was particularly dreary but Russel did his best to make the most out of it by adjusting the itinerary. He was friendly and his concern for the customers' safety and satisfaction felt sincere to me. Overall, I felt that this day tour was worth it for the price.

Bowen was a great guide. He was very safety conscious and a bit of fun. Mount Rainier was even more beautiful than I imagined. It snowed whilst we were there it was just magical. I highly recommend this tour.

Our guide was pleasant. We expected to learn about the mountain on our tour as we had on other tours in Seattle and other cities and countries. We learned nothing. For what we paid, it would have been significantly cheaper to rent a car and drive ourselves. However, it was nice to have someone drive us, and he did take us to some beautiful places to take great pictures, which we may not have known about the places had we driven ourselves. If you don’t want to drive, and don’t care about learning, than do this tour. He was a great driver and the vehicle was very comfortable.

Terrible experience, so bad trying to save money

Normally, I am not one to give a poor rating for Tour, but on this occasion, I am in a position where there was so many things that were not right with this tour that I am forced to put a very poor rating on not only the tour guide ( who did her best ) but more pointingly the tour company that was paid good money and failed to provide the service as a result I have also emailed the company to advise them. Firstly, we were not picked up at our hotel, which I understand could be an issue, we were then directed to pick up address in the middle of the street early in the morning, which was a daunting experience for us with all the homeless. We were then picked up by Anna the guide who looked like she had picked this up in her own vehicle 2010 Toyota Previa this car had damage and was not in a good condition. It was like being picked up by the “soccer mum “ seated in the car were two other passengers and one passenger in the front seat. We were then told through broken English to sit in the back of the car as we’re going to the snow and cold weather we had all of our jackets and winter clothing on and our backpacks. The back seat was 2 1/2 seats only then another passenger then turned up, and she was also told to hop in the back of us, which meant three people quite large, all rugged up sitting across the back of a normal vehicle all squashed into a small normal car, which I was not happy about doing, and I did not want to go at all. the drive I was told was 2 hours! After some discussion, and my reluctance to get into the vehicle she then contacted the company and was advised that she would be swapping to a normal 12 seater van to accomodate us. This was also after two other passengers in the vehicle complained as well. Our next stop was at a sculpture place which was very interesting but the store was closed, so we walked around someone’s private garden looking at sculptures, I thought that maybe the company could have rang to find out. our next stop was the entrance to the park, but no other stops inside the park other than the main one at the foot of the lodge. On entry the guide ask the Ranger what to see in the park and for directions for what to see. When we drove in the guide said.. “see, this is the National park, there are very old trees, very green, lots of moss and very clean “ that was the only information we received. We then went into the museum so she could show us stuffed animals and found a map of the area and asked what to see in the park. The area up to the mountain was closed. We then went on a walk around an area, which was maybe the only best thing about the tour, it was picturesque but only lasted half an hour. There was some bubbling brooks, thank goodness a school tour was there so we could listen to the teacher telling the students was the bubbling brooks where, even the guide was listening and said she learnt a lot… really !, we had an hour and a half for lunch and she was going to drive us back but Some of the other passengers questioned her about a bridge and waterfalls, which she didn’t know where there. Then when she found it it was like.. ahh beautiful bridge here it is … we then drove back and was taken to the Boeing Museum for 3 hours. In relation to the guide, she did her best but had no knowledge of the park, the history, the landscape and this tour and area seemed like a new experience for her, I also say thank goodness the park was closed as I did not trust her driving of feel safe if there was any snow on the road, her driving was veering from side to side which was very daunting. Her English was broken and often she would have to ask the other guest for the English translation word, and as a result we sat in the back of the van and she spoke Asian to the other guest who sat in the front. On return she told us that had she known where we were staying she could have picked us up from our hotel in the morning ( this was emailed to the company the day before the tour ). As said often I do not complain and love experiences but this was probably the worst tour I have done, it did not deliver what was paid for and certainly not a professional tour

On behalf of Quality Control Department, please allow us to make following explanations: Firstly, we have three fixed pick-up locations of this tour which is listed on the website since this tour is a group tour, we need to pick you up at your choosen location at the Seattle Public Library-Central Library which you confirmed with us before the tour. We have checked with all related colleagues that we did not receive any email about which hotel you lived, maybe there are some misunderstanding in here. Regarding the vehicle, it is based on the number of guests. minivan or motorcoach with good condition will be the tour vehicle. Everyone have one seat is normal opration, but your suggestions will be taken into serious consideration. It is customary for our guides to give as much information on the destination as they can, but if there is anything you felt was missing from the explanations, please feel free to reach out to us directly, we will enhance the training and enlarge their knowledge to provide better service for our customer. In regards to the tour guide, we humbly apologize if his English was not perfect. Accordingly, our guide comes from China but has lived in America for many years, so she can speak certain levels of Fluent English. Still, we are aware that many are not native speakers, and it may bring up potential communication hassles We agree that safety always comes first. I booked this tour because reviews were decent but I will narrate the actual experience I had. 1. Firstly, the tour was community-specific and treated us as outcast, secondly tourist guide didn't know English at all so we had a hardtime to communicate. 2. On the way to Mount Rainer Cops caught us since the Guide didn't take the permit and what is worst is she was driving without a wheelchair and putting everyone's life at risk. 3. So we are denied entry and fined. We didn;t see any places in mount rainier and ended up returning without seeing anything. total waste of money. 4. While getting down Guide was demanding money inside of the worst service. I don't recommend this tour to anyone, don't fall for the trap.

Did Not Get Past First Checkpoint

First of all, our guide was late because his colleague could not make it last minute and we were all anxiously waiting. It would’ve been nice if there was a prompt or quick message to let us know about the delay. Secondly, because of bad weather conditions we were not able to even get past the first checkpoint and we basically paid to roam around the venue to play with fresh snow. That being said, the sculpture park was lovely and our substitute guide tried his best. Only wished that the company would be able to offer a partial refund or return voucher because of such circumstances that could have been predicted based on past experiences with different climates. Really disappointed we did not get to go sightseeing and unsatisfied with the lack of service recovery.

Poor communication with office about the pick up stop.We told them we are staying in downtown Seattle and they gave us pick up spot 15 miles away.We paid Uber $45.When the pick up was in china town which was 1 mile away from us.Very upsetting.Secondly no where it was mentioned on website or the office never told us about a $12 driver fee per person.He mentioned it when we gave him a tip.It was embarrassing.Lady did not speak clear English.
