  • 1. Customer under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult. In consideration of the guest safety, pregnant women are only allowed to join the tour if pregnant for 24 weeks or less by the end of the trip.
  • 2. Please be sure to provide accurate and complete information upon booking. This includes name, gender, valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone), accurate tour location, etc., This helps to avoid any errors upon the reservation because errors affect travel. Any losses due to inaccurate or invalid information will be at your own cost and the company will not be held responsible.
  • 3. Any guests that have already purchased their own tickets or have a city PASS will not be able to use it on the tour. Please understand that you must purchase the admission tickets through our company in order to participate. For the optional admission tickets, you will reserve it from the tour guide directly. The tour guide will make this arrangement for you. As a tour group, it is highly suggested to make a reservation together rather than individually in order to get into an attraction. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you again for choosing to tour with us! 
  • 4. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the tour sequence, stay time or assembly time of scenic spots according to the weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
  • 5. If the scenic spots are temporarily closed or closed on a particular holiday, etc., the tour guide will adjust the appearance according to the actual situation or replace the location with another scenic spot to ensure the richness of the itinerary. The opening hours and capacity limits of certain attractions and national parks will be subject to change from time to time due to the COVID-19 pandemic. When the operating hours and capacity restrictions have an impact on the itinerary, it shall be regarded as force majeure. Thank you for your understanding.
  • 6. Children under the age of 8 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday provide the rental service for $10.00/person/day. Please make a request when booking the itinerary so that we may have the booster seat ready in advance. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee can be refunded to the guest.
  • 7. Normal health conditions are required to participate and enjoy our full itineraries. Contact us for specific policies or information regarding passengers with disabilities who do need to provide advance notification to make a reservation. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday do not guarantee a wheelchair lift-equipped bus and/or seating availability to disabled passengers without prior notification and approval.
  • 8. We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on the website. It is your responsibility to check it on the website regularly and prior to making a reservation. Unless specifically stated otherwise herein or required by law, JUPITER LEGEND Corporation shall not be liable for any consequential, compensatory, indirect, incidental or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions.
  • 9. Mt Rainier National Park and Olympic National Park are mountainous tourist attractions. In order to ensure the proper time to visit each scenic location, we highly recommend guests to prepare lunch foods in advance or prepare lunch foods at the rest stops on the tour.
  • 10. Gift items in the itinerary that cannot be given away due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather conditions or personal reasons may be subject to change. Please understand that the fees will not be refunded.
  • The drop-off locations may change under various reasons, such as hotel rooms are sold out or place temporarily closed and we will need to change to other drop-off locations, it may takes longer time on the way back home. Please confirm with the guide on the day if you need to prepare in advance. Thank you for your understanding!
  • Hurricane Ridge will closed on weekdays (Monday-Friday) and only open on weekends during 9/19/2023-10/6/2023. For any tour departure during above dates, the itinerary will be changed. On Weekdays(MON-FRI): Not going to Hurricane Ridge, going to Ediz Hook (30 mins) and East Beach (30 mins) instead. On Weekends(SAT&SUN): Itinerary reminds original route.

This Chinese girl who knew nothing about this area, took us there. She basically drove. There was a language barrier. She could not answer questions. Pl do not waste your money taking this your.

Please permit us to make some explanation, the guide confirmed that she provided accurate information about the park as much as she known, maybe you did not catch it clearly and some of your questions beyond the scope of her knowledge, so she could not answer you but she is willing to extend her knowledge. This tour also has many other English-speaking customers, we did not get such bad feedback like this, we are trying to contact them and make investigation at the same time!

In a bilingual tour you expect the guide to say the same thing in both languages. The Chinese part seemed longer and I caught some keywords that weren't in the English version. The tour is stated to start at 7.15 am, but I was given a pick up time of 7.40 am. The van didn't pick me up till 7.58 am. The time at the attractions is not enough. Private conversation with one single passenger is bad enough, but in a bilingual tour where others don't even understand the language, it's even worse. The tour was disorganized. The guide couldn't even find her way back to her car on the ferry while the rest of us were already there waiting for her.

Best part is the giant trees in the rainforest near lake crescent. The first stop would be great if not for the haze. But couldn’t blame god for that. Couldn’t ask for more for $150 per pax. Comfortable mini van, safe driving. Maybe abit boring in the long drive from the ferry to the sites. Would be nice to play some music from passenger in the van to make time pass faster

Beautiful scenery. Met very nice interesting people on the tour. Unfortunately we had a very nice driver but hardly a tour guide. He knew and passed on very little information and for most of the ride time I had to Google to learn anything.The guides for an all day trip should be knowledgable and more chatty . It would have been preferable if an audio guide was included.

The subject of the tour was covered very well; we thoroughly enjoyed the scenery, walks, waterfall and incidental wild life. The execution of the tour left a great deal to be desired however. Pickup was 30 minutes late; 'heavy traffic' the excuse. Seattle traffic is notoriously heavy so better to be early. Our guide was too full of himself and less interested in the comfort, enjoyment of and presentation to his customers. Questions were answered for the most-part but only sporadic information pertinent to the tour was offered voluntarily. The tour was advertised as "not providing food" so we carried our own; but the coach stopped for a 45-55 minute lunch to accommodate customers, who arrived without food. Had the stop been advertised, I wouldn't mention it here. The tour group was larger than usual, 46 people, which presented challenges our guide didn't cope with. Consequently, we were late arriving for the ferry back to downtown Seattle, had to take a later ferry, which meant a group of elderly customers was likely to have problems finding a late evening meal. A smaller group or another guide could have avoided the issues I've mentioned. Unfortunately neither applied to this particular tour.

Since we always have customers showed up without preparing lunch, the description of preparing lunch is removed due to lately feedbacks. This trip was absolutely horrible!! DON’T book it!!! It is just a waste of money and time… First thing, my tour driver was really nice BUT she was 15min too late, didn’t quite know where to pick me up and overall made it seem like she had absolutely no clue of what she was doing. Her driving skills were terrible (we went the wrong way at least two times and we missed a turn and whatnot) and all the informations that she was giving us were just a script that she was reading of while she was driving (which she couldn’t manage at all!!!) All of these above meant that we DID NOT have enough time in the park. We only drove to Hurricane Ridge, had an hour there and then we drove to Lake Crecent where we had to RUSH and RUN thru a trail to see a waterfall which we didn’t even end up seeing because midway we had to turn around because we again DID NOT HAVE ANY TIME!!!! After that we were already done with the day and drove to the ferry. There was an extremely long line and some of the people in the tour had to catch a flight so we needed to get off the van to go as pedestrians onto the ferry (so that meant we also had to walk back to our accommodations). While some of us were on the ferry we got this absolutely rude message from our tour guide: We caught the ferry ⛴️ hahaha 😝 see you soon Which kinda sounds like she expected us not to get on or were making fun of us or maybe I’m just exaggerating at that part but turned out that she missed the ferry that we got onto soo…. I already messaged the organization to get a refund because as I mentioned, we barley saw anything in the park… NOT worth your money!!!!!!!!

Regarding the explanation, she did not do well on this tour and she wants to improve it. About the ferry, all of you caught it. We got know that some one did not want wait for long so they got it themselves. Nonetheless, The guide performance indeed not perfect on this tour, we already made issued penalties to her and we would like to provide you 40% refund of the amount you paid
Disappointed by the itinerary which skipped Hoh rainforest and Bainbridge Ferry

Out of the promised stops on the tour itinerary, Hurricane Ridge and Lake Crescent is all we got. We were given an option to hike a no-name temperate rainforest just beside Lake Crescent, which was kind of underwhelming in my honest opinion, as compared to the actual Hoh Rainforest. The tour never took us to the Hoh rainforest and offered no explanation for it. And there was no Bainbridge Ferry to Puget Sound either. It was just a long drive back to Seattle. I am guessing that ferry would have taken less time, which would have left time to go to the actual Hoh rainforest as promised. Instead, the driver started driving us back from the park at 3:40 PM, since he knew he would be skipping the ferry. Another issue is that there was hardly any narration in the tour other than the 1 minute perfunctory description of each stop. One goes to these sort of tours expecting to learn about the geology, wildlife, history etc. of the region, but had nothing of that on this tour. Instead, the driver communicated with his Chinese speaking guests in Chinese nearly 80% of the time, leaving English speakers to their own devices, even though 6 out of 10 guests did not speak Chinese. I do understand having the tours in foreign languages for the benefit of international guests, but then the tour should not have been advertised as an "English" tour. If you do not speak Chinese, I think this tour may not be ideal for you. Do yourself a favor and read the recent reviews of this tour, before you book it. Multiple recent guests had reported similar experiences with skipped stops and lack of narration. I was skeptical of this tour from the start since I read those reviews, but I went with it because it was offered on a weekend which fitted my schedule while some of the tours with better reviews were going only on weekdays. And to my dismay, I found out how right all the recent reviews were about this tour. Despite the lack of (English) narration, I would have been willing to give this tour 4/5 stars if it had at least taken us to the points of interest originally promised on the itinerary. The few positives of this tour was that I felt that the driver was nice enough, and the van was comfortable. But if you really want to do some actual sightseeing and learn something about this beautiful national park, please book another tour. I am sure that the tour operator will try to refute my review with arguments like "oh, but other guests enjoyed the tour etc.," so let me answer that in advance. Well if other guests enjoyed the tour, why do they have nothing but 1 star reviews for the most recent trips? And secondly, while some people don't research the stops in advance and might be happy by just seeing the pretty scenery, the minimum that I expect is being taken to all the promised spots on the itinerary advertised unless there are unforeseen circumstances like bad weather etc. Since these issues have been a recurring pattern, I don't blame the driver, I blame the tour operator.

The view from Hurricane Ridge is incredible. The Bainbridge-Seattle ferry is great. Go, but not with Jupiter. I have been on dozens of tours. The vast majority were good, many very good. This was not. It was badly planned, badly run and badly communicated. The guide's English was not good enough. He seemed to have very little knowledge of Seattle or the Olympic Park. Instead, we got terrible monologues where he repeated himself, said nothing interesting and usually got his predictions of time wrong. It didn't help that he didn't know the ferry timetable. It took 4 hours 20 minutes to get to the first stop where there was anything to see (we wasted 15 going around in circles when the driver missed a turn). At the second and last stop, the guide first told us about some waterfalls, then said we didn't really have time to get there, then said we had less time than he thought because he got the ferry times wrong, then tried to send people to the waterfalls. One woman got lost. At various points, the guide told us how lucky we were. On the plus side, I was able to disembark the ferry as a foot passenger and leave their tour, sparing me whatever incompetence lay ahead, but it was an absolute shitshow, run by chancers.

Worst tour ever. Do not book this!!! First of all, the bus was 15mins late. Secondly, our amatour guide barely spoke english. Almost 95% of the tour was in chinese. We didn't even go to every destination we were promised! We skipped the best part of the whole tour - the Hoh Rainforest, even though our "guide" said that we were going there at the beginning of the tour. (Hoh was also promised in the official itinerary...) In conclusion, this tour is a complete scam. Don't waste your money!

Please understand, we have several stations to pick up, some of the customers at the previous station late caused some delay for next station. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused. According to our investigation, this tour did not miss any attractions, rain forest is one of the most important attractions of this tour, guide arranged 1.5 hours at Lake Crescent and Rain forest. This tour had both Chinese and English-speaking customers, one third is English-speaking customers, so the tour guide gave the explanations of the same content in both Chinese and English. Only when Chinese customers had questions, he answered with Chinese. Hope the above explanation can help solve any misunderstandings that might have occurred.

Better Than Driving Ourselves

This “tour” is really just a ride to several areas of the park with small snippets of explanation. Our vehicle was a twelve seat van, into which my wife, 18 year old son, and self were crammed with eight other adults. Space was very tight which made the long drive to the park extremely uncomfortable. Our tour guide was very friendly and helpful, but only gave small explanations when we arrived at our stops rather than doing a running narration. While driving he mostly conversed in Chinese with a gentleman riding in the copilot seat. Everything you visit is free, except for the ferry ride back to Seattle. Thus, the tour fee is only for transportation, a driver who briefly explains each stop, and a ferry ride back to Seattle. If all you are wanting is to see a few spots in Olympic National Park without having to drive yourself, this tour might be a good fit for you. If you are expecting a day of engaging conversation and learning about Seattle and Olympic National Park while seeing as many highlights as possible, I recommend looking for a different tour. Finally, it was concerning that our guide’s driving led to two hostile encounters with other motorists. Also concerning was the fact that in Paulsbo our guide opened his door and hit the vehicle next to us, cracking their taillight. He just shrugged and continued on his way. Finally, it is poor form to continually remind guests about tipping. I received a text the day before the tour that includes helpful reminders and several hints about tipping. While on the tour, several more hints about tipping were dropped. If you create an exciting, memorable experience for your guests, they’ll want to tip. Ultimately, the scenery was spectacular, while the “tour” was little more than an uncomfortable ride from place to place.

Disappointing Tour

It was difficult to understand what the “tour guide” was saying as he did not speak English well and was not able to entertain or talk about our surroundings. The guide handed me a printed out simple word doc with facts about what we were looking at instead of narrating. His driving skills were not great. He was kind but please train and prepare him for an English speaking group next time or you’ll get several displeased customers as I was. It was too much money for me to end up anxious and looking up facts myself all day.

No narration

We spent 12 hours on an old rickety van with a guide that spoke and understood little English. There was no narration about the beautiful park, sights on the way there and back were not pointed out. I do not blame the driver. I blame the tour company for not preparing the driver about what is expected on a tour like this and assigning him as a guide to an English speaking group. He did his best but seemed nervous after running several red lights and not being able to answer questions. This was a long expensive tour that we had been looking forward too.
