Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Also, they need to extend the hours, they only give you 6 hours and in reality you can not get off too many places and get back to your original location in that amount of time.

We were only in Seattle for a couple of days so this was the perfect way to see the location. Our tour included the Grey line tour to the outer city limits which was especially interesting and gave us a much wider understanding of Seattle.

Your we site said our $39 purchase was for a day tour. We booked and paid for it, only to find out it was a NIGHT tour which we could not attend. The Consierge at the hotel had also checked the website for Hop-on-Hop~off and agreed it was erroneously advertised. When we contacted you before the tour as soon as we found out, you refused to credit our account. (I would like to point out we used your services all over Paris last year). Waited at 1 stop for over 30 minutes...Gave up n walked to Pikes Market... Then, waited again for 20 minutes- different stop... finally walked down street... turned corner n saw bus. Ran to get on bus only to be told it was full. Some nice people moved to allow 3 of us to get on. Then... bus ride "ok"... but, thought it was ridiculous the wait times we had for a Hop off-Hop on bus...leary of typing again!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

This tour was absolutely terrible! This tour was simply a bus driver, who didn’t know where he was going punching a pre-recorded message when he got in the area of the designated stops. There was no personalized knowledge or interaction from the bus driver. When we got on the bus on July 29, 2023 in Seattle, we heard the bus driver tell somebody else on the bus that there was a big parade in Seattle that day, and he would not be able to drop off or guarantee pick up at several of the stops because of the streets being closed due to the parade. Since we were already on the bus And it was too late to get a refund because of their 24 hour refund policy, we decided to go ahead and see as much as we could anyway. Halfway through the tour, the bus driver drove the wrong way down a one-way street and got our bus stuck for an extended period of time Until his supervisor and a half a dozen city traffic cops arrived on the scene to block traffic in all directions so they could finally get us out of the wrong way street. We were so disgusted, We got off the tour bus as quickly as possible and took a $50 Uber ride back to our hotel. Don’t ever take this tour!!!!

Nice tour through Seattle

It was a beautiful sunny day, so it was very pleasant to sit on the top of the bus and go through Seattle. However, because there was a parade for Seafair, many roads were blocked and it was a very slow trip. Thankfully we did not have any deadlines.

Disappointed with the scenic Seattle tour.

The scenic Seattle tour was a disappointment. Spent so much money on this tour but was not worth the money. First the mic/speaker PA system was not working, the guest sitting at the back of the van could not hear anything. The van was very old & noisy, making so much load noise. Lastly the driver was an older guy, tired and frustrated because the PA system was not working. It would have been better if we would have just taken the Hop on Hop off tour, would have saved lots of money.

The tour was good as far as it went. We would have liked a visit to the locks but it was not on their itinerary. We didn’t feel like we were on the buses much at all. Most of the stops are close to each other. Still, we had an extra longish wait at one of the stops. The buses were comfortable, the ride also. The narration was interesting and informative as well. The volume could have been lowered a little.

First Time Using Hop On Hop Off Bus Tour

I like the convenience of the tour. You didn't have to catch an Uber Lyft to get around the city. The bus took me and friends to some of the major attractions in Seattle: Space Needle, Pike Place Market, Museum of Pop Culture etc.
