The mountain was absolutely gorgeous during my tour. The snow was starting to melt so we were able to go up to Paradise but there was still enough snow to cover many of the trees in the area. Andres was very knowledgeable about the area we drove through, telling us history and facts about Seattle, Kent Valley, Mt Rainier, the Tatoosh and all the surrounding areas. He was able to talk about the trees, bugs and animals and was open to any other questions. His enthusiasm for nature, the mountain, national parks and the area was infectious and everyone had a good time. He even told some silly jokes to make people laugh. He was friendly, considerate and observant. 10/10 I would go on another tour with Andres

Even though it was mid-spring, winter had not yielded its grip on Mount Rainer. The tour guide, Andres, is exceptional! He is enthuiastic, professional and very knowledgeable. He provided numerous opportunities to see and experience (walk to) the awesome sights around this majestic mountain.

The Views were amazing and the tour was very structured. I do wish we got to explore a little more, but no real complaints.
Great trip

The guides go out of their way to sure you see as much as possible. Fantastic trip. If you're between this and Olympic, I'd do this one over that one.
Response from Host, Jan 2023
Thanks, Elizabeth!
Must go, but a little of hiking. Be aware !
Maverick_M, Oct 2022
Our Guide Ron was very good. He is detailed and meticulous about everything to ensure we are comfortable. He showed us a lot of his personal collection of photos to allow us to understand the place we are visiting. This not only able to deepen our knowledge but also to make complex subject simple and easy to understand. The hike itself to see the Carter Fall is about 2.5 to 3.0 hours. You need to be at least fit and agile in order to do this. Mt. Rainier is mystical. You see her and you don't see her the next moment. I am fortunate to be able to take some of the nice shots of her. It can be cold and windy at the river bank, please dress appropriately. When it snow, the path can be slippery, a hiking stick can come in handy.
BEST TOUR EVER!

RON!!!! He was the best! encouraging, knowledgable, kind and patient! Great stories, great personality!
Not to be missed.
SRIVIDHYA_V, Oct 2022
The entire journey right from the plan to execution was A class. Our tour manager - Lucinda was a pro. Very kind and caring . She kept us completely engaged and on time . I had a good time on the trails and creating nice memories. On the improvement side - i think you should have a pick up from Bellevue - given this is a tech hub and lot of tourists. Also some better restroom stops. some were too rudimentary. however tour manager made best attempts to keep us healthy. to sum it up - a great excursion with fantastic weather and commentary
Awesome Nature Time!
Shelley_K, Oct 2022
Spectacular day on the Mt. Rainier tour! Would have never been able to see so much as a first time visitor without the expert guidance from Ron, Northwest Tours.
Unbelievable!

Clean and comfortable ride. We stopped at a grocery store and picked up last minute snacks and lunches. There was a cooler for our food and drinks. The driver was very friendly and knowledgeable.
