Great tour! Took our 10 and 12 year old and they really enjoyed it. Very informative! Was a little cloudy but the sun parted and we were able to see so much.

Vendor contacted me after I sent a message to confirm time and cancelled reservation. He contacted my 2 hours before reservation time. Would not commit to being able to reschedule the next day and I had to continue to follow up. He ended up canceling all together and has yet to provide any confirmation of a refund. Terrible experience! Don’t use. We ended up with Seattle Seaplanes and had a wonderful and easy experience. I am still waiting for my refund from the Viator vendor
