Disappointed in Seattle with our 5 hr tour

We hoped to see the following highlights of Seattle. The Space Needle, the Chihuly museum and garden and the Pike Market Place. Our driver was on time to pick us up at the port at 9:00 and took us to the market. After a short visit we had a Starbucks and then to the Space Needle for which I had already purchased tickets. The time we were given to stand in line was 2:15 pm which was past our scheduled 5 hour tour.. what a waste of time and money to not see what was planned in Seattle with our four grandchildren. We have never had such a disappointing Viator tour.

I’m sorry but I don’t understand your message. Tickets are not included and if you purchased your OWN tickets and then had to wait in line, I am sorry but it isn’t our fault. We don’t include tickets to not waste time and to be able to enjoy the tour and city. You decided to purchase tickets on your own, then you had to wait in line. Sorry if you missed out on time of your tour. But this is not our fault. We did our service. Please let us know if you need anything else.
