One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Ride from hell

Your driver did not know where he was going. Cut in and out of cars. NOT pleased for price !!!He said he was there at Airport but was not . Showed me the Address we were going to and ask if that was right I said yes .... Then on the way he said to me do you have the address where we are going ?????? I said you just showed it to me , He said i cant get it back up , So I had to Map it for him

A bit lost!

The plane had just landed, we were not even to the gate yet, and they called wondering where we were, I told him we had just landed and he said to call and let them know where we were. And nobody was there. We were on the phone with somebody for 10 - 15 minutes, then we get a call and said they would be another 30 minutes before they could pick us up. not fun waiting, we could of gotten an uber easier

Not a good first impression

When we arrived at the airport there was no one in sight. Had to call 3 times and finally after 45 minutes of waiting the driver showed up. I was never told the person coming or what they were driving. It was not a good feeling being in a city late at night stranded.
