    Glow Orna are really glowing

    Loved the glow worm caves, quite an impressive nature experience. I’m not sure our guide was very familiar with the areas, Erin was very kind to us . Sadly, we also went to the kiwi farm where the kiwis were asleep. Would have enjoyed having air conditioning and a microphone fir the van and maybe an alternative place to visit.

    Thank you for your review. Great to hear you all enjoyed the Waitomo Glow-Worm Caves, a spectacular experience. The van has a front and rear air conditioning unit. The rear air conditioning unit is usually left to rear passengers to adjust to their own comfort level by a fan switch. The microphone was working but we discovered that the speakers towards the rear of the van needed to be adjusted, this was done later. Sorry about the Kiwi bird experience, 9 times out of ten we get to see them, but being a nocturnal bird this can happen. Your safety, enjoyment, and satisfaction is my top priority at all times
