The goal of the trip was to be there to admire the majestic Mt Fuji and with the help of Mr Taiji, this was achieved with no regret. The grapes farm visit was a bonus and truly enjoyable. Lunch at the unique tea house on the mountain was an unforgettable experience. The patience and hospitality of Mr Taiji was super, and Mt Fuji trip made our Tokyo trip 100%.
A Wonderful Time Visiting Fuji-San with Yoshimi and Tak

We had a wonderful time visiting Mt Fuiji and the 5 lakes region. Yoshimi is a knowledgeable, experienced and friendly tour guide; Tak is a superb and considerate driver. Joining this type of private tour is really the best way to explore the more rural area of Japan. That day, Fuji San was hiding behind the clouds but thanks to Tak for recommending one more try to view Mt Fuji at the World Heritage Center observation deck, we were able to see it at the very end of the day. Thank you. I highly recommend joining any tours offered by Tokyo Star Agency.

Although the weather did not offer us the view to M’ont Fuji, the very pleasant company of Elina and the driver Tak gave us an unforgettable day through different spots of attractions. Amazing Experience and Great Guides

My family and I had a blast visiting Hakone and Lake Ashi! Our guide Tak and driver Toshi were very considerate and mindful of our experience and were able to adapt the tour to our needs. They both had a lot of knowledge about the area and regaled us with fun facts about the nearby attractions. This was a great tour. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and took a ton of photos of us for us. The driver was great, the van super clean and comfortable. The trip from Tokyo to Fuji can take a bit so plan accordingly.

We had an incredible time visiting the Mt Fuji area. Our guide, Taiji, was so knowledgeable about the area and offered some itinerary changes to give us the best experience. We got beautiful views and photos of the magnificent mountain, learned so much about the area, and had a full day exploring the region. Highly recommend!

Yoshi and Tak led us on a magnificent tour of Mt Fuji. We got picked up, educated about many things while we rode (Yoshi speaks English so well!), and were led to greater understandings of the sights we saw as we visited. The context really made the spectacular views just that much more enjoyable! Can’t recommend enough. Our family had such a great day. Thank again Yoshi and Tak!

This all-day tour that took us from Tokyo to Mt. Fuji and surrounding areas and back was one of the true highlights of our vacation in Japan. Yuko and Toshi are a great team. Yuko is a wonderful guide, full of information. I especially liked the pointers on plants, trees, geology, and nature that Yuko provided. Toshi is a great driver, and also had good information to share during the ride from Tokyo to Mt. Fuji and back. We hit traffic on the way back to Tokyo, and Toshi did a great job getting us back safely. Prior to the tour, Yuko was great at giving us options on how to spend our time, and was more than willing and helpful to create an itinerary that suited our interests. After all, there's no way to see everything that Mt. Fuji and the surrounding areas have to offer in just one day. And on the day of the tour, we were very happy with the sights that we saw. This tour may not be the cheapest option for a private all-day tour of Mt. Fuji, but we feel that it was completely worth the price. Again, this was one of the highlights of our vacation.

We are a family of 4, including a 16 year old an 20 year old. First trip to Japan. The whole experience was smooth. We were able to change our tour day a few days before we went. Our guide Elena and driver Tok (hope I have the spellings right) were amazing. Elena was a wealth of knowledge not just about the Mt Fuji area but about Japanese culture. She was friendly and found a lovely lunch place with vegetarian options. Tok was also friendly and an excellent driver through beautiful countryside. We only got a brief view of the mountain due to clouds most of the day. But the trip was much more than just seeing the mountain. 10/10.

Amazing experience. Sumiko our tour guide is the best and our driver Toshi is so careful and funny. Both of them are so sweet. It feels like we’ve known them for so long. We had 2 guides (didn’t catch the first guys name but it started with an M) and Tomomi, they were excellent they both were attentive and very friendly. From playing hackie sac at the 5th station to helping our picky family order food, they exceeded our expectations. Our family felt very comfortable with them and they took us to the most amazing places! Our driver Tuc was fantastic as well! He was very funny and very personable and it was an amazing trip overall. Thank you to these amazing staff. Highly recommend this tour!

I have to admit, I didn't know what to expect on this tour, and one in our party had limited mobility. But our guide, Misuzu, was incredible. She was super flexible, able to suggest adaptations, and helped us all have a great time. She was also exceptionally kind. I'm so grateful to her.

Our guide Elina and our driver Toshi San were super informative, helpful, and patient with out large group! We explored Shiraito Falls, the Fuji Shibazakura Festival, Aokigahara Forest, the Narusawa Hyoketsu Ice Cave, and Chureito Pagoda. Throughout the trip, Elina and Toshi San shared stories and facts about the sights we were seeing. None of my friends could speak Japanese, but Elina helped us communicate with all the shopkeepers. At the end of the trip, Elina even helped us check into our hotel and find restaurants for dinner. It was a great experience - would recommend!

We had the pleasure of tour guide Ken and driver Mazda. Booking was super easy and within 4 hours I got a call from Ken (tour guide) to finalize details of itinerary. He was very helpful with good recommendations and helping us craft a bespoke experience. Day of trip, they met us at our hotel and provided exceptional service taking us to places we dreamt of seeing. What a great family trip!

Your kids seemed to have enjoyed Ninjya-show, Ninjya-trick house and so on. I also enjoyed them because I have been practicing how to use Japanese swords. Booked a tour and was only expecting a driver for a day tour. To our good fortune, we were very lucky to have Yoshimi assigned as our guide (and Tak assigned as our driver). Both were incredibly interactive, easy to converse with and highly informative. Yoshimi’s historical and geographical illustrations alone were worth the trip. We proceeded to have a great day together touring the Lake Kawaguchiko route. The sky cooperated and we were able to see Mt Fuji late morning and they managed to quickly position us at a couple of locations where we were able to obtain some great views. As the mountain became engulfed in clouds, they adjusted the schedule so we were able to take full advantage of our time. Highly recommend this tour as one of the best we have taken.

This tour was amazing! My sister and I enjoyed this tour so much! It was raining the day we went; however, the tour guide, Takada, did an excellent job taking us around the Mt. Fuji area. We had a great time learning about Mt. Fuji, Japanese culture, and immersing ourselves in the nature around Mt. Fuji. Takada was very helpful and accommodating and he had excellent English. He was always ready to take our pictures and answered any and all questions. Thank you to Takada and Toshi (our driver) for making this tour possible and fun! Toshi even gave us a postcard before we left and thanked us! Takada made it a point for us to connect ourselves spiritually with the mountain and it was an incredible experience. I recommend Takada as a tour guide because he really knows the area and will accommodate everyone. Thank you Takada and Toshi! :)

The guide Taiji asked extra money after inviting his team member to a dinner and paying for the dinner. Taijin asked extra money claiming I used the vehicle for extra time even though my trip was finished. This is not professional.

Instead, it concerns a personal transfer request that you made on the following days, as you were satisfied with the quality of our tour to Mt. Fuji. During the day of the transfer, our driver worked for 13.5 hours, which exceeded the initial estimated time of 8 to 9 hours. Although we appreciate your kind gesture of inviting our driver to dinner, it unfortunately does not cover the additional overtime charge. We understand that there may be differences in professional practices between Japan and your country, but charging overtime fees when a tour exceeds its allotted time is common in our profession. We would also like to clarify that the end of the tour is considered when our driver drops off the client at their final destination. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and we hope to serve you better in the future.

Our trip to Mt. Fuji and around was wonderful. Our guide, Haejee, was wonderful in communicating with my in-laws who only speak in Korean. My in-laws fully enjoyed their time on the tour. This is the first tour where my in-laws could actually understand and even communicate back and ask questions. Win-win! Our guide Haejee was really patient as it took us much longer to explore each site and she was also wonderful about how to ensure the best way to walk up certain sites as my in-laws are elderly. We toured the Arakurayama Sengen Park, Oshino Hakkai, Narusawa Ice Cave, and Shiraito Falls. The Narusawa Ice cave was beautiful and for this one, it was just my husband and I with our kids. The cave does get very narrow and you have to hunch and walk/squat through this smaller part of the cave. We ended our tour at Shiraito Falls. Shiraito falls is breathtakingly beautiful and calm. I wish we could've stayed longer. Thank you so much Haejee for making it such a memorable experience!
Perfect Day Tour To Mt Fuji

This was an amazing private day tour from Tokyo to Mt Fuji. Our guide Mazda promptly picked us up at our hotel in Tokyo and drove us to the Mt. Fuji area. The van was roomy and comfortable for our party of 7. Mazda was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The drive took about 2.5 hours and we managed to visit 5 sites in the Fuji Five Lakes area before heading back to Tokyo. It was great going at our own pace and being able to customize which sites we visited. Having a private van was worth every penny.

Thanks for participating MT FUJI tour. Though the weather condition was not so good, we enjoyed SHIRAITONOTAKI waterfall, NARUSAWA HYOKETSU ice cave, and FUJI Safari Park very much.
