One of the favorite things I did on this month long trip

Beautiful drive all along the shoreline. Numerous places to stop for photos, food and fun. The bikes were well maintained. Ed were provided a map and suggestions on how we might attack the day. We are in our 60’s and 70’s and we had no trouble operating these e bikes which we tackled for the first time. (You can teach old dogs new tricks). A wonderful way to explore Wellington. Highly recommend this company and this tour.

The staff were great. They instructed us on the use and care of the bike and its computer, provided advice and locks for securing the bikes, shared information about road closures, and suggested a nice ride route. The bikes worked flawlessly with plenty of options for the amount of peddle assist. We ran into some high winds (windyiest city in the world) and really appreciated the Turbo mode. After several hours of riding, the bikes still had most of their battery life still available. I'd recommend not being shy about how much assist you use.. its your vacation after all, so don't work too hard!

The bicycle bag pack was bit outdated… bit expensive for seven hrs for a full-day price… A part from those stuff. The stuff were very friendly and knowledgeable. It’s also great way to see the city. Thanks, Lyan

Hi, thanks for taking the time to provide feedback. It's true that some of the rear packs are a bit older and are due for replacement- our supplier has been out of stock for sometime, but we do have more on order that should arrive soon! Compared to most other bike hire shops throughout NZ that offer good quality eBikes (Bosch and Shimano) we are priced lower. I'm glad that our staff were friendly and that you enjoyed your day out in Wellington. Ryan

First time on an E bike and we think we’d like one each! We managed to ride up Mt Victoria with barely any effort! Staff at store were very welcoming and more than happy to assist. We had a great day out discovering the coastline around Wellington- best decision we made.

My husband and I had a wonderful day in Wellington with the ebikes we rented. Location was easy to find and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We rode approximately 30 miles up the coast and in land and even up Mt Victoria. Bikes were awesome 😎

We rented bikes for a full day in Wellington. The crew helping us couldn’t have been more helpful. The bikes were very helpful in “e-mode” against the wind. It was a greet day. Highly recommended.

Great Way to See A City

This was our first time riding an electric bike. It was fun, easy and effortless. We were given a map of a route that took us all around the bay. We stopped at the Chocolate Fish Café where it seemed a lot of bike riders end up for lunch. Our ride took us through the little coastal villages dotted with B& B's. This tour enabled us to get some much needed exercise along with enjoying the day on our own.

Ignore the title as the company kindly allowed us to join a half day guided electric bike tour instead due to our restricted time in Wellington because of change in the cruise schedule. Thank you for being so accommodating Ryan! What can I say - superb!! Jimmy was our guide and he was brilliant. Fun guy, very helpful and knowledgeable. Took us around the shoreline of Wellington to the Chocolate Fish Cafe stopping at a few places to tell us about local history/activities etc. Then made the trip up to Mount Victoria for a great view of the city - and boy those bikes are great!! Despite doing spin classes I don't think I would have made it up without stopping if not on those bikes!!! Excellent guide, excellent tour, excellent bikes, beautiful place.

Having booked these Electric Bikes really enhanced our day in Wellington. The city is charming and well worth exploring. With limited time, having been on a cruise, the self guided electric bike tour allowed us to see so much more than we might otherwise experienced. Highly recommend! Gentlemen that owned the bike company were so fun to work with. They let us know what was important to see, and where to go within Wellington to get the best view of the city.

Renting the electric bikes was one of the best things we did on our visit to NZ! They were very easy to ride, even up to the top of Mt Victoria, and we really got to see the beautiful Wellington area in a short time. Definitely one of the memories we will have for a lifetime.

We hired two electric assisted bicycles whilist we stopped during our cruise.. The bikes were top quality and still had plenty of charge by the end of the day with over 44km travelled. The electric assist made it relatively easy to get up the hill to Mount Victoria lookout. Highly recommended.

We used this as a way to see Wellington at our own speed and it did not disappoint. The guys at the bike rental were great with explaining the equipment and providing maps and tips of where to go and where to stop - they also provided tech support by text! Of course the electric assistance up the hills was great. We saw much of the Wellington waterfront and Weta studios.
